Excellent. They are professional, neat, thorough, and efficient.

My deck is closer to 400 sq. ft. All of the old paint WASN'T washed off in places. Therefore, the finished product doesn't look like something anyone would pay $550 for!

As always, Melvin and his crew did a great job. Melvin is a super guy and he and his crew have done work for us in the past. He is easy to get a long with and his crew works hard. My husband use to get on the roof but because of a fall (not off the roof), I'm now depending on Melvin. I'll be contacting him again soon for the Fall!

He was extremely professional, fast, and unobtrusive- I was spending the day in our pool with my wife and nieces and we weren't disturbed at all. The spray he used even smelled of green apples which was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting a bleach odor from the chemicals. I will hire Melvin again the next time I need my home (and now my deck) power washed. I highly recommend the service he provides.

Free bonus apparently doesn't included gutters as stated twice in ad. There was an addition 244.00 charge that was paid in addition. While service and job turned out decent I would not have them back due to feeling sort of short changed on deceptive ad

Melvin's team arrived earlier then expected and did a nice job power washing the deck. My deck is larger then the deals advertised sq. footage so there was an expected additional cost. They do not bring a truck supplying their own water but need access to an outdoor spount so keep that in mind for those with wells. My only issue was the "sealer". It is not the best of quality so after their initial visit the deck was already looking gray and any water from rain was not beading like a newly sealed deck should. BUT Melvin and his team did come back 2 weeks later and resealed the deck and I checked today after a rain storm and you can tell it has been sealed much better now. He was very courteous and friendly, plan on them arriving earlier then scheduled(happened both times). But he is willing to satisfy any issues and he even power washed my 3 concrete stairs leading up to the deck that had moss for free when he came back the 2nd time. Looks great now! You can see by the picture below the left side which had not been resealed yet upon his 2nd visit, was already looking far too weather in just 2 weeks. The right side was resealed and he sent me a picture to see the difference. What a difference, what I think it should have all looked like after they came the first time. Was very happy afterwards.

Wonderful...Workers were courteous and very efficient. Good advice from Melvin! They also provide other home maintenance services and I actually just scheduled for some power washing to be done! Additional fees for the job were explained well BEFORE the job was started as well as warranty info.

They were able to set up an appointment for me within two days of calling. The crew arrived earlier than expected on the day of the appointment and finished quickly. They did a nice job cleaning our gutters and removing pine needles and other debris from our garage roof. It was a good price through the Angie's List deal.
