My deck is over 20 years old and was turning black from dirt and whatever else was growing on it. It looked terrible and I was actually pricing out materials to tear it down and replace it. I saw this deal on Angie's list and bought it. The guys came out and treated the wood. After spraying the cleaner, they spent a few hours pressure washing the deck and the difference was night and day. I found out that my deck was a light colored wood and was in amazing condition. We simply followed up with deck stain and have a nice clean deck. Amazing job!

Great. Melvin contacted me within a few hours of me purchasing the deal through Angie's list to arrange for a time to perform the cleaning. Once confirmed, he and a colleague showed up on the day agreed to and did the work quickly and efficiently. Work was performed to my satisfaction. I would hire him again.

They were an advertised "daily deal", I typed in my ZIP Code to see if the offer was good in my area, as requested. Was told yes offer was good in my area. Paid my money. Received a phone call asking to verify my address, & to call them back. Called back left a message. Received second phone call, saying they did not service my area & to call them. Multiple phone calls later, finally got a hold of them. This process took approx a week. Then called Angies List & received a full refund. They are in Rhode Island, I am in Southern NH, approx a 3 hr drive. Their "daily deal" was posted in the Boston area Angie's list

Were responsive to phone call and quickly arranged cleaning date. Were able to clean gutter when I was at work. Gutters seemed well cleaned and functional afterwards.

Punctual. In order to speed things up the workers just went up on the roof and used a hose (my hose) to blast the gutter. Not safe and probably effective as a lot of debris ended up in the downpipe. No repairs were carried out.

As always, Melvin & his crew were great! I've hired Melvin for gutter cleaning, power washing, and once for painting. My hubby is very particular on making sure we have good people who do the job right the first time. Melvin painted the other side of our colonial a few years back and we were quite satisfied. He'll be painting our back as soon as it needs it. My next door neighbor actually asked who painted. I gave her your company and I'm sure she'll contact you. Again top job!! Thanks!

Went well, however, trying to book appointment was difficult. I kept scheduling for Saturday's and I wasn't informed until after the third attempt that they do not work on saturdays.

Took awhile to get them there. They should insist that homeowner close windows as residue from gutters got into the window area

The crew was polite & professional. I was surprised at how little time it took. Now that I know what the results will be, I'm likely to do this work myself in the future using a power spray attachment to my hose.

I scheduled my gutters to be cleaned in early July and they no showed and did not call. After waiting 45 minutes, I called and left a message which was not returned for an hour. The gentleman who returned my call stated he was unaware that his boss had not presented for the appointment. While apologetic, he had no information as to what had happened. Given those facts, I declined to reschedule at that moment and was never contacted again. I have contacted a local business to complete the job.

Hard workers, very methodical. On time, professional

Bad real bad, call them the next day, said he will be here on next Monday, then Thursday, then Friday , then called on Monday and told me he was to be here Wednesday 12 to 1 pm, and did not show up, not answering the phone, call them more than 10 times, messages and does not return the calls.

We agreed on a Friday (next day) at 4PM meeting. By 4:30 on Friday I had still not seen or heard from him so I decided to give him a call. He answers and is completely clueless to the fact that we had setup a meeting THE DAY BEFORE. What's worse is that he then attempts to lie to me and say he "came by the house" after we spoke on Thursday and "his boss was going to come by Friday". When I called him out on this saying that my wife was home all day Thursday and did not see anyone outside he went silent and then said "Oh... Really?". I then hung up on him. This guy is a complete bum, don't waste your time. Anyone who acts like this is guaranteed to do shotty work.

They were punctual and performed the service quickly. They cleaned up after themselves, but some debris was still left on my deck. I also wanted to make sure they tested all the gutters to make sure none were clogged, but I am unsure how thorough they were in doing that because the work was done so quickly. Overall, I do recommend them. They were punctual and professional.
