This person installed phony sprinkler heads which work very poorly... When I tired calling him to come back and fix the problem he never picked up my phone calls or text, or emails... This would be a serious fault on your part if you hired him.

Luis, who owns the company, called me immediately, came promptly, quickly fixed the problem, and checked to see that the sprinkler system was running correctly in all zones. This is responsible service (unlike the company I had before), and from now on I have switched to Zava.

He and his great crew did the complete install the next day...to my standards and satisfaction. WOW! If only other businesses were this competent.

Luis is great at his job. Having recently purchased a home with a sprinkler system that had been neglected, we needed some help. I called Luis because of the rave reviews posted on Home Advisor. Luis was quick to respond. He thoroughly explained everything needed to fix the system and had it up and working the next day.

From the moment Luis returned my call, I knew he was honest and sincere. He promised me that he would be at my home in the evening. He came with a new controller which he installed and took the time to show me how to operate it . I have already asked to be put on his list to return in the fall for the annual blowout and winterization. You honestly cannot go wrong in calling this gentleman. He was pleasant, personable , knowledgeable and very reasonable.

Zava Irrigation was the best choice. They were polite, professional and very quickly found the problem and replaced my controller unit. When they tested the system they found two defective spray heads and replaced them. The overall price was much less than I expected and I'm sure would be hard to beat. Very satisfied.
