Vanger Windows & Doors

We wanted to capitalize on light and views in our existing home with some new windows in new rough openings. Vanger Windows delivered with four new windows that fit right in to the look of the rest of the house. Not only do they look great I can attest that the quality of the installation is top notch. I am an architect and because of that I had some things I wanted done in a certain way which Victor and his team were more than willing to accommodate to in order to make the homeowner (and in this instance also the architect) happy. Victor and his team where knowledgeable, professional & courtesy through the whole process.

The workers were clean, kind, and professional. There were some rot issues that were handled efficiently, effectively, and within budget. Victor showed me different options before I committed to the style and design I wanted. I had purchased 2 Provia Deluxe storm doors with installation and extra composite trim work. Great work by the team and would hire again. I love my new doors!!

Reviews can be very tough because people don't know who is really giving them, well we are first time customers and this review is very real, it was very hard to decide whom to trust with our 300 year old home because not just anyone can handle this type of carpentry skills, we got 3 different quotes but felt Vanger was the best fit for us due to Victor's knowledge of old homes and his professionalism, he listen Closely to your needs and gave amazing feed back and we went with most of what he chose for us and we are completely satisfied, the selection of our door and large bay window was spot on and with the amazing Carpentry skills of john and the help of Josh, are window and door came out beyond our expectations, they were always very professional, we have already ask them for input on our next protects and will definitely keep using them in our future.

We got off to a rather rocky start due to some miscommunication, and I wound up waiting two months for an estimate. Victor was very apologetic and I like the man, so I decided to give it a second chance and could not be happier with the results. Victor stayed in contact with me and when the job started I found his crew to be consummate professionals in every aspect. They did a wonderful job and are really nice people as well. Overall I can say two things about Victor...he is an honest man and a perfectionist. Who would you rather have to do your job?

What a terrific company! Victor is probably the most honest man you will ever do business with. He came and checked my storm door and told me it was in fine shape and not to replace it right now. He then, all on his own, fixed the lock! You couldn’t do better than this company!

The team was very thorough and did a high-quality job. It's been 6 months since they installed the new basement door and did some light repairs to the basement hatch and there hasn't been any water leaking into the basement despite a lot of snow and heavy rainfall. Highly recommend the team.

Victor and his team were excellent to work with, and the same applies to the quality of our new front door. They worked within challenging constraints -- the house is historic and has few straight lines. We wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again and recommend them to our neighbors.

Victor and his crew were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were preexisting reasons the job had some complications. They made sure to find a good resolution and worked through overstep without pressuring us to just accept things as many might. The job came out perfect. The door was already made very well and the Vanger folks all made sure all the preexisting issues with the home worked as well in the end. We would recommend them and will use them again if need arises.

John and Josh came on August 1, 2020 to make a repair to my 25 year old bow window which had been installed by another company. The wooden trim piece at the bottom of the window had separated from the window frame. They removed the old caulk, renailed the trim to the window frame and painted the trim piece to match the house trim. Another very neat and efficient job done by Vanger Window and Door.

From the beginning to the end it was a pleasant experience dealing with Vanger Windows and Doors. Victor and his crew are professionals and easy to deal with. They did the job right the first time and kept in consistent communication to make sure they understood what I wanted.

From the very beginning, speaking with Jack on what was needed, to having Vic go over every detail for the front door & 2 windows to having Vic's crew do the work, they were all absolutely amazing. There was more structural work than expected & they were so very professional & extremely detailed on the work that needed to be done. I am so very, very pleased with the work! Easy-peasy! They even went above and beyond by putting up new house numbers and re-installing my wireless door bell. It was a pleasure to work with them again and I would/will recommend them to friends and family.

The Vanger crew, who are Anderson Certified Installers, arrived on time. They worked throughout the day to remove my 35 year old French door to the deck and replaced it with a beautiful Anderson 100 Series patio door with grids between the glass. The installation was done with great attention to detail. The door looks beautiful inside and out. I couldn’t be happier with the door or installation! I will definitely use Vanger in the future for any door or window needs.
