Description of Work: My dishwasher was making ahorrific noise that progressively got worse. Finally I saw an angies list deal for appliance repair and I was forced by my significant other to call. They scheduled an appointment for the next day (which was awesome) and were there promptly when they said. The repairman tried a few small things but finally determined the motor was no good. Within minutes he whipped up a quote to which I agreed and gave him my credit card info. The part came in a week later, to which they called to let me know. We scheduled an appointment and now my dishwasher is whisper quiet! Great customer service and responsiveness.

Description of Work: very prompt . Did a great job, no mess . Had the spare part on the truck(pulley) for the diswasher door. Very pleased with Appliance Master, and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: When I made the appointment, I was told the appointment was for 8:00 am. At 9:00 I called the office and was told the appointment was for 10:00 to 1:00. Other than this, the service was above average. Price was at high end of my expected range.

Description of Work: I called Appliance Master about a leak that I had from the ice maker of my refrigerator. The person I spoke to suggested that I take about 10 glasses of water out so that all the air is removed from the pipe and that this might take care of the problem. Sure enough, it took care of the leak and the problem was solved. That was great advice that saved him a trip and me a service charge. What a Professional! I really appreciated his honesty and will certainly use him for future repairs.

Description of Work: The fan in the freezer of the refrigerator stop working, causing warm temp in the freezer, and the ice make stop working. Good - we have used them before and they provide good services on repairs of appliances
