They did the job and cleaned up after themselves, would hire them again.

They were running late but called me to let me know. When they got here they were very polite and very efficient! They did a great job and I am hiring them for bi-weekly cleanings.

I hired All Star Cleaning two years ago to clean my dryer vents and they were fantastic. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain every task they performed. However, it seems their professionalism has changed. A week after my request for a cleaning I received a call back and we agreed on a date for the service. The date of the service no one showed up and I never received a call or a notice. I then call their office numerous times and left multiple voicemail and I have yet to receive a call back. It's now been over a month. I no longer recommend All Star to anyone

Mike and Nico were very professional. Mike did a great job in getting out the "pounders" marks...a new term I learned...as well as learning that Resolve is not a good cleaner since it leaves behind spots. Thank you, Mike, for letting me know. Both were caring to advise my steps with the hoses and possible slippery floors. Furniture, rug and carpet were well cleaned and smelling fresh. Thank you, Mike and Nico. Job well done.
