I feel that the technicians should have cleaned the areas around where the vents were removed to access the ductwork.

Alex called back almost immediately. We made an appointment and he even called the day before to confirm day and time. He also called 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was honest, polite and I feel that he went above and beyond than just cleaning the duct work. I had an issue with the air flow being weak. He spent a good time and did all he could to figure out why. He cleaned out all the ducts and air flow has somewhat increased. I think I just may have a bigger issue with the fan blower. I would highly recommend him and will most definitely call him again when the ducts need cleaning. A

After doing the original work I was told there was a problem with my dryer vent that they could come back and fix. The date and time were set and I never heard back. I left messages asking to get a call back for a week no one returned the call even just to say for some reason they could no longer perform the service. Do to no follow up customer service I cannot recommend.

The duct cleaning crew did a great and thorough job. Went above and beyond to make recommendations to better our air duct flow, and all was done in a timely fashion. Would recommend.

Cleaned my vents, and gave me helpful info

The two techs were extremely personable and honest. Checked system and explained that my ductwork did not need cleaning. Easily could have done it and cost me $420 but it didn't. They cleaned the dyer vent which was HORRIBLE and still did it for the original price despite not having done the ductwork. Truly a pleasure to deal with and their honesty and professionalism was refreshing. Will definitely keep their information and hire when I need them again.

They were great. They came into my house took a look at all of the vents, when to the basement to look at my heating/ac system and told me step by step on what they were going to do. They were very professional and I would use them again.

They called ahead to confirm their arrival time and were very courteous. They showed me how to install the filters and cleaned up nicely. Very pleasant experience.

I have to say that Alex and George (my work team) were great. I live in a modular home on a cement slab and finding workers who don't mind going under my house is hard to find. They were knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this team. Thank You, guys
