Hired HA person was on the phone still so very impressed with quickness to homeowner. Assigned job to him in 30 seconds after verbal conversation. Did work at our bank across the street spoke with David owner. Took my price offer.

Alex and Kevin did the work for All-Star--- two of the best and most thorough workers I have ever seen. It was a big job (48 vents) and took over 5 hours. They took pictures, kept me informed, made recommendations re. how to improve air quality, did not charge as much as originally estimated, cleaned up, etc... A pleasure to do business with this company.

Alex and Vin cleaned my dryer vent and showed me how to do it myself. They were quick, efficient and friendly.

Alex was professional, courteous and was able to answer my questions. He and vinyl worked hard and took the time to explain their process to me.Though i would have liked to see them take more care in coming in and out of the house with wet and dirty shoes (it was raining the day they came and i am a contractor who knows the value of this and gave them shoe covers of my own) My disappointment is coming in after the job. I am now hearing rattles in the system that weren't here before. The whole system is only 3 yrs old so i now have to trace the noises and fix them as i find them which brings me to my next issue of finding the insulation around the ducts they removed to access the areas are loose and exposed with no metal tape added to resecure it before they started and finding air leaks in the ducts themselves where screws had been removed{ they had not been put back in place, and my intake grates on the ceiling that had been removed are now crushed from them screwing in to far when replacing. this i found after needing to reseal the pre filters i put inside the intakes that i asked them to rescuer after they were done with them. lastly after moving 2 of the beds so they could work above the 3rd which is my daughters i was told i didn't need to move as they could access from the attic and it was ok someone had walked across the bed with shoes on to get to and clean that duct and then said the bed was covered with a drop cloth but no drop clothes were ever brought into the house???

I hired All-Star Cleaning Services to clean air ducts, dryer vent and carpets in my mother's our house. Alex and Vinny were great. It was a lot of work since none of these had been cleaned in years. They cleaned out over 5 pounds of dust and debris from the air ducts. The dryer vent had clogged due to it being full of lint. They showed me where there were problems and really did a great job explaining things. They took their time and did a great job on the carpets. Their pricing was very reasonable and even before I took advantage of the specials. I don't usually say this, but I would highly recommend them!

Alex explained the entire process and even showed me photos of the interior of the ducts. Excellent job. He even found an issue with one of the air ducts in the attic and corrected it. Great Service.

Bothe Alex and Connor were very professional and quite honest. Alex felt that the vents upstairs were quite clean and didn't need to be done but we had him do it anyway since they were here. Cleaned up after themselves when they were finished and you'd never know they were here. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Alex was excellent in responding and updating me on the appointment and status of the services as he was performing. We used them for cleaning vents, dryer vent, and cleaning of a tile floor. I would definitely recommend.

Very courteous and professional crew that quoted job and showed up. Did not overcharge or do work that was unnecessary to save us money. We had duct work cleaned and carpets and kitchen tile/grout. I assume the work on the ducts was well done. I've had other companies do a better job on the carpet stains and my grout did not come as clean as in the past. The price was right, and good people. But, if you are looking for super clean floors, go with another pro.
