"We're very sorry for things not going as planed as if u remember when we spoke on the phone I told u that the guys already had picked up the people going to Philly which after talking to you on the phone is when we relized that there were 2 jobs going to Philly & I'm very sorry for the mix up as its rare that 2 family's in the same town going to the same place on the same day at the same time & with our rates being cheaper & our services being better if not the same then the rest out there offering the same services we offer we have just been going non stop for the past few months & I guess working 7 days it was just a matter of time be4 we made a mistake so once again I'm very sorry that things did not go the way they were planed I know I'm going to have to buy another truck or 2 & add on more guys to make sure things like this don't happen again"
