Brant and his crew arrived on time and ready to go. After the contract was signed, he kept me updated about the progress of the job and if there were any changes. He got my approval prior to making any necessary changes to the contract. The crew was professional and polite. They worked the entire time they were there. They removed all old materials and left no messes behind. They went to great lengths to make sure the deck was safe and up to code. No screws were put into the face of the deck, making it look long and smooth. They stained the spindles for the railing until they found one that matched the composite perfectly. One piece of the railing had a dent in it and they, instead of trying to hide it, ordered another whole piece so it was smooth and looked perfect. There was no bs, no time wasted, and everything was done perfectly The only addition to the price was 100.00 for the rental of a jackhammer to break up an old cement pad next to the original deck. I would highly recommend Brant and his crew for any type of construction job, big or small.
Description of Work: replaced the deck surface and rails with composite materials,. deck checked for structural integrity before starting work.
