It went great. Lonnie was responsive and made the process simple. I would highly recommend Lonnie and the rate kings.

We did our original mortgage with Lonnie a year and a half before, and he contacted me to let me know that rates had dropped sharply and he could probably get us a refinance with minimal cost to us. I didn't think we'd ever refinance based on how low rates were when we bought our house, but Lonnie worked the numbers with me and they were very favorable, so we gave him the go ahead. From then on we worked with Missy, their mortgage processor, who was very thorough, kept us up to date with the process, and was generally a joy to work with. We closed about about 3 weeks after we began the process. It couldn't have been easier! Definitely give Lonnie a chance to work some mortgage magic for you!

Lonnie and his team are truly the BEST!! We just bought our first house less than a month ago..Being first time home buyers, we had countless number of questions all along the process. Our home of 26 years sold very quickly and we found a new home in record time. Everything was done online and via e-mail. Mr. Cooper provided us with a list of all the ducuments he required to start the search. We sent everything via e-mail and we were updated constantly regarding how things were progressing. He also coordinated with our realtor . As a result, he found us a mortgage at an excellant rate. He coordinated everything between the mortgage company, our realtor and home insurer. We got a fantastic mortgage rate and the settlements of our old and new homes went smoothly, no glitches. I would definitely use them again and would invite others to give this company a try. They were extremly professional and responsive.!!!

I was recommended the Rate Kings by a friend. When i first reached out to Lonnie (Who owns the company), I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness (Within minutes!). Lonnie was simply amazing. He listened patiently to my situation and needs and then came back with a loan that met my requirements! The thing that impressed me the most were the responsiveness (including late nights/weekends) to my questions, the range of products being offered, knowledge, professionalism and respect. I wish every company in the service industry would learn from the Rate Kings. Lonnie stayed with me throughout the entire process. I used Rate King for financing my town home. The costs are very reasonable and customer service is excellent. Of all the home financing that I did so far, Rate King has the best customer service. Lonnie Cooper is the best. His treatment made me feel as if I am the only customer for him. His turn around time is very quick. Danielle has also provided excellent customer service. Lonnie and Danielle got a us a mortgage for our first home at 4.25% and in less than 30 days. Very responsive and at the time the rates had increased to 4.375%, so they got us in below the market rates. Could contact Lonnie at any hour. He's no nonsense and easy to deal with. We hit a few hiccups along the way that Lonnie and Danielle helped us navigate through.

Lonnie and Danielle did a great job with our loan application. They were very responsive to questions and requests, organized, and fast. Our loan application was processed and approved quickly, without any issues, and at a great low rate. They even stepped in to save the day at our closing when the realtor's computers were down by sending our settlement documents to the bank for us. I highly recommend them.
