TL/DR: Give Tim a chance. You know when you have a friend who actively reaches out when they see you may need help in their area of expertise. And they call you to get all the details, come to check out the issue, and get into the nitty gritty of the problem before there is ever any guarantee of personal gain. Imagine, it's not a friend but a total stranger who exhibits the same level of care. That is what you get in Tim! From our first interaction, where he very quickly reached out to me after I completed the Home Advisor request, I felt like he was taking time to listen to all of my thoughts and the final result I was hoping for. He showed up on time and was the one person to come out for a free estimate and get up on a ladder to really understand the problem. He laid out some additional options and why he was suggesting moving to a bigger gutter. We felt absolutely no pressure to go with these options that would have been slightly more expensive and Tim fully explained the pros and cons of everything. When we couldn't go with some of the updates due to HOA restrictions, Tim worked with what we needed. He was very responsive and was able to get our project done in a fair timeline. He completed the project in the time frame we had talked about. Lastly, he remembered the dog's name. Can you ask for anything more?
