Tim at T.E Jacobs Custom Exteriors was fabulous to work with. His communication was consistently excellent , he was very professional, and he kept me up to date on the status of the project every step of the way. They installed 16 new shutters on our home that proved to be a bit trickier than expected as a result of the trim around the windows, but they figured it out and did an amazing job.Their work was excellent and the shutters look beautiful. I would recommend their work HIGHLY! They did a terrific job.

Tim came in after I had leaks near and in my garage in several locations. He explained where he believed it could be coming from, and pointed out several deficiencies from the roofer and painters used by our HoH in the past. He also emailed me that list so that I can share it with the HoH Board. Just had my first rain, and the previously effected areas are bone dry.

Tim came to my home and repaired the damaged siding on my back patio within 1 day of contacting him. The damage was from a barbecue so it was a small space, however Tim was professional, very friendly, and the work looked great!

Mr. Jacobs completed gutter cleaning / repairing on our house. Mr. Jacobs was extremely prompt with his return phone call (on a Sunday) and came out the following afternoon. I needed a shutter to be reattach that had fallen off during a recent storm. Tim had reached out to me and worked through the details of the job and gave a great price for the work being done. He was able to schedule the work for Saturday and arrived when promised and did a great job.

Hired Tim for several gutter related jobs around our home. He was very quick in contacting me, coming out to provide an estimate and then scheduling and performing the jobs. Highly Recommend.

I needed a section of privacy fence repaired after damage from a falling branch. Tim responded right away, came out to look at the damage the next day, and was back within a couple days to make the repairs as promised (despite the rain). The fence looks good as new, and Tim even repaired an unrelated section of split-rail fence while here at no extra charge. He was very friendly throughout the process and nice to work with. I fully recommend him.

Tim was very professional and very easy to work with. He explained the process, what to expect, etc. At the end he pointed out a couple of items that I may want to keep an eye on to address in the future. He did a great job and I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

When I called them, they came right away. He showed me pictures of the issues and explained what he had to do. He wrote up an estimate and got my approval before doing the work. He was very respectful and courteous. I am not sure how much others charge for this type of work so I could not compare his cost. That's the only reason for the 4 stars on the value for the money.
