Fantastic service! Easy to schedule, and they'll do a deep clean of whatever you need in your house. Their cleaning was very thorough, and it made my house feel like new. I'm so happy I got this done!

My parents had a been in Florida for the winter, and I (their daughter) am the property manager each winter.
They had moved into a new house just prior to leaving for Florida. We had a record snowfall this year, and in April when the snow began to melt, there was a major flood in their basement - 4 days before they arrived home! help!!
I went into the house and noticed a terrible smell: mildew, and a lot of water in the basement. I contacted the HOA, who sent someone over within an hour. They suggested I call ServPro.
At this point I contacted the local ServPro in West Chester. Rich Quinn was at my parents' house in less than an hour. He realized the urgency of the cleanup work to be done, and my stress over having it completed prior to my parents' arrival. This was mid afternoon. He said he had two crews in the area just finishing jobs, and whichever finished first would come over.
The two men arrived in less than an hour, and by dinnertime, the carpet and padding had been removed. The floor was sprayed with an anti-mold (?), 6 or 7 industrial fans and an industrial-size dehumidifier were running. It was a Thursday.
On Friday, two men returned to take moisture readings, and check that the equipment was functioning properly. Still wet and my parents were due home on Sunday!!
One of the men indicated that he was the on-call person that weekend. He came by again on Saturday and felt there was still too much moisture to remove the fans.
That nice man came back again on Sunday morning, took more readings, and we were finally able to remove the fans.
Now I know ServPro couldn't control the time it took the moisture to leave the room, but they felt my urgency and were willing to work with me to do as much as possible to make it happen.
