Totally unsatisfied. Condescending and aloof. Did not bring his own supplies to my home, asking me for glass cleaner, paper towels, and something to use for a drop cloth. Told me charge was $150 but $130 since he used my products. This said with sarcasm.

Excellent service, very prompt, honest, and courteous. He was the 4th repairman I called and the only one to call me back. Not only did he call promptly, but came out the same day. Very pleased!!!

He was extremely responsive and did his best to meet my preferences for time to get the repair done. I would definately recommend him.

After Joe finished, I had a few problems getting the fireplace to light. When I called him for help, he walked me through what I needed to do, and all is now working fine. Good job; good service.

Joe, Arrived on time spent little cleaning and fixing the problem complaining that the unit was not properly maintained. Was ignorant to my wife who was the one who witnessed the whole project. He originally did not quote a price and then when I tried to get a hold of him before he came out he did not call back until the next day concerning price. When I asked him how much he charges he said $115-135 for the job. He spent around 15 minutes and charged the $135. I did not know why he gave a range if it was going to be $135. I think it was a ploy so I did not change my mind to go with someone else. Buyer beware, compare prices.

Joe arrived on time and went right to work tuning up my three fireplaces. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and he was neat and clean and left my house with everything in good working order.

Overall, we were extreemly satisfiied with our fireplace repair experience. Joe responded promptly to our service request, arrived as schedlued, an worked diligently to diagnose the problem with our gas fireplace. He found that a part was needed, which he ordered, and then returned to complete the repair. Joe was knowledgeable and reliable at a fair price. We would highly recommed his services.

Our 15 year old gas fireplace was in need of a new part to get it to work. Joe spent some time on the phone with the manufacturer trying to figure out if the part was even available. The first part that came in did not fit. Joe was determined to find the right part and he did. Although it took a little extra time Joe was persistent and thorough and got the job done.

Competent quick service. Although provided with a preliminary estimate, $150, I thought that was excessive for 10 minutes of work.
