Service was excellent. Came on time. Continues to check on service. We are very pleased.

I originally purchased the 29.99 one time mosquito control Big-Deal. When I called to scheduled they were helpful and informed me that they had a summer package that I could also purchase, which would be 4 treatments- buy 3 get one free and my Big-Deal purchase of 29.99 could count as the one of the "4" and I thought that was great! I will start by saying we had a very rainy beginning of the summer June- into early July and the treatments cannot be applied while it is raining, so scheduling was difficult. That being said- there was a lack of communication from the provider to me. I would call and request and appointment and they would say "the scheduler will call you within the next week" and I would not hear from them, so I would call back and they would say "we are backed up because of the weather they will call you next week" and I would not receive a call. They would perform a service and leave a notice for me but not call prior. Once I received an email letting me know a service was going to be performed and that was awesome, but once out of four times is not a great track record. I also had problems with them keeping my billing schedule straight. The first appointment should have been 29.99 with the big deal- which was prepaid through Angie's list. After the first appointment I got a bill for $74, when I called they said "pay that invoice and for your second treatment we will use the Big Deal". My second invoice showed I owed 29.99 instead of being prepaid, so I had to call again. MY 3rd and 4th invoices were correctly billed. Everyone was very polite and helpful; however I feel I shouldn't have to chase down providers to correct errors As to the effectiveness of the treatment- it is mixed. Like I said, it was a very rainy summer so the mosquitoes have been particularly bad. Last summer I used a bottle of Yard Guard from Off that you can attach to your hose and spray yourself and I seemed to have the same results- immediately after treatment it's pretty controlled- within two weeks they are back. It definitely does not last 30 days. (please note I took all advised measures to reduce standing water- I have drain holes in all my pots and trash cans, my gutters have guards to avoid filling with debris, and I have no fountains or bird baths) If you don't feel like doing it yourself the service is acceptable- but I think I'll save the money next year and do it myself

It was done very well and everything is great! They were punctual, polite, and courteous. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for the Big Deal. The price through the Big Deal was very reasonable. However, they also provided me with an estimate for termite prevention and it was more on the expensive side. The company was great for the service that they performed. I would recommend them to others.

Purchased mosquito treatment but lawn fertilizer was applied. Contacted them and took a while for them to come back to do the mosquito.

It went good. They did a good job on time.

I called a few times for different issues. I arrived in our new house which was filled with millepedes. They are nice and understanding, tried there best to help me out quickly. They arrived in time every time they came. Their cowerkers are professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Green Solutions.

It went very well. I inquired about my neighbors yard as I have nowhere near 25,000 sq ft that the deal offered. They were extremely accomodating and only charged me $4 more a month to do both our lawns (semi-detached). They called me back almost immediately and scheduled. They even called before coming. SUPER company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was fine. They were quick and efficient.

Gentleman was just that a Gentleman. Very professional and knowledgeable, when needed will definitely use him again !!!!!

I would recommend Green Pest Solutions. The quality was very good. we did not see any mosquitos for several weeks after they sprayed my property and it was a great value. The communication could have been better as I was orginally told they would be out within a week and would call ahead, but after two weeks I still hads not heard anything and had to call to find out when they were coming. They did come the very next day after my call, so I still recommend the company and would use them again.

THANK YOU!!! We have not been able to use our yard/pool all summer without being eaten alive by mosquitos! Green Pest came out for one treatment and we spent an entire weekend outside with ZERO bites! We will definitely have them out every few weeks for the remainder of the summer. Thanks for giving us our yard back! :)

I signed up for the yearly agreement that includes an initial fee, followed by a monthly fee of $33. The price is comparable to many of the other pest control companies. I have had other exterminators out in the past for many "one time" treatments, but never seemed to get a handle on the situation. I am confident that this company will control the rodents and other pests around the house. It started raining when the exterminator arrived, so he will be back next week to treat the outdoor areas of the house. I was completely satisfied with the comprehensive job he did on the inside though.

All I can say is that while I don't really know how bad the mosquitos have been this year, we are having a much more pleasant summer this year and have been able to enjoy our pool or just being in the yard far better then anytime before. My wife and kids used to get bitten like crazy and were forced indoors. In past years, the kids had welts all over their legs and arms and this year maybe 4 or 5 bites total. I'm not able to comment about the actual service since I've not seen the technician actually perform the service, (and I'd really like to see how they do it) but I can only assume it's working real well. The cost still seems a bit high to me, so I may shop other providers, but I will probably sign up for the service again next year. Slight billing issue that I think has been resolved, and I may have to remind them they owe me another treatment because I actually missed their first round of treatments. They told me I would get it on the back end.

Beautiful Job! ! Mr. Starks came in, explained what he was going to do, what the product was like, what to expect after the cleaning, moved the furniture and vacummed before he got started. He was quick and efficient. The rug looked like new when he was finished. I can say enough about how pleased we were with him. He does all the work himself, which is also very impressive.

Green Pest Solutions provided the best price for the work we needed. In addition they provided a comprehensive plan that costs $33 a month, where they will come to your house to reapply the pesticides every few months or as many times as needed at no extra cost. The customer service representatives are friendly, informative, and a pleasure to speak with. The gentleman that arrived to our house was very knowledgable and pointed out and explained different situations that could cause additional problems with pests, which we appreciated. After the first application of the pesticides we did notice that the "pests" were gone. However, we have recently started seeing some again, and after placing a quick call I was given another convenient appointment and am confident that we will once again see some good results.

Best price in the area and only costs $30 a month for 12 month service. They will come to the house every 4 months to reapply and will also come between services if we notice any pest problems at no extra charge.

We were having issues this spring with field mice coming into our garage and spiders in our basement so I found Green Pest Solutions on Angie's List to help us out. I was not home at the time of the service call and my wife was at a doctor's appointment so my father-in-law was there to let the Green Pest rep into our home. Having a newborn at home, we were concerned with using toxic pest control solutions. The rep was very understanding of our concerns, made sure that he did not treat any areas where the baby or our cat would be. For the areas that were treated, he explained what he what he was using, what the solution was made of and how it worked. I have purchased a monthly service plan with them because it is our first summer in a new home and I am not sure what to expect with the bugs. We are having them back again this week to treat for wasps, spiders and mosquitoes. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a safe extermination service.

I still see the bugs and the pests around. I'm not sure with Green Pest Solutions. It did not make any difference though.

The guy that came out and did a free pest evaluation at my house. He's very good, very professional and very prompt.
