We have been using Green Pest Solutions for over 10 years. Their onsite crew has always been great, and will take the time to answer any questions you have. The same is true for dealing with the office and any requests. Very happy and highly recommend it. Just had technician Sherman Henderson out the other day. Did a great job.
Description of Work: They performed quarterly pest control service. They replenished all interior and exterior stations to continue monitoring activity and controlling rodent population around your home. They removed any visible cobwebs from around doorways, windows and light fixtures. They then applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundations, doorways, windows and deck.

James, the technician was excellent from his arrival to when he left. He went over everything in advance told me what he could do, and what to expect, and pointed out a few things that I was not aware of. I would definitely recommend this company again and especially this technician. Very good experience.
Description of Work: I needed help with some unfriendly wasp and other wind animals that were showing up around my house. I was specific to what we would take care of and they were very helpful with that.

Our Technician, Henry Black, was very friendly, explained everything throughly, and even sent a follow up email detailing all the pest control services performed. Henry even took the time to put shoe covers on when coming in the house.

James was fantastic and very patient with me. We live in an old row home that made it tricky to find where mice were coming from. But James never gave up and came out as many times as it took to resolve the issue. He was responsive, kind and resourceful, which is great for me as a first time home owner.
