They arrived on time and did a good job.

It was a good experience. They got rid of the pest problems I had. There was nothing I did not like. They were quick. They were professional and explained everything. They helped me understand the logic behind what they were setting up. The price was great. I have never had any pest problems since then. I actually signed up a contract with them.

The service went fine. They showed up and did their thing. We only had them come out the one time for the Big Deal and we did not have any issues with it. It took several months to schedule after the purchase of the Big Deal, but that was by my choice because I did not want to do it in the winter weather. In fact, we actually went past the lifted expiration, but they honored it anyway. They did everything for the $19 Big Deal. We were happy with the work. We have no issues with it. They showed up exactly on time. I was not home when he actually came, however, my dealings with them on the phone, they were very professional.

It has been great. They've come back multiple times to make sure that we don't get mice. My husband hired them to come. I don't know if its quarterly or what. He must have been fine with the service or he wouldn't have hired them. I didn't meet him. My husband did, but again, he was very positive about the man that he was professional and did the job well. We haven't had any problems since.

Wonderful - no critters since the visit and the technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. He was very conscious of issues of having pets in a treated house. Could not be happier with the service!

It worked out well. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them. There were no unexpected issues.

The guy (sorry I forgot his name!) called ahead and showed up right on time to check out my problem with inaccessible mice. He listened carefully to the details and looked around thoroughly and then discussed the options. We realized that given the situation there is nothing they could really do for me that I couldn't do myself. I appreciated that he did not try to sell me on services that didn't make sense for me, or promise miracles that would not occur, just to make a buck. If my approach doesn't work out -- or I have different pest problems in the future -- I would absolutely call them and hire them. This kind of sincere attention and honesty is too rare!

i have have had to cancel appointments due to illness in the family. The vendor has been very understanding, responsive and professional to deal with. O gave a 'B' rating overall because, I cannot rate the actual work. The only way that Icoud submit this review was by filling out required fields. I will be happy to submit a real review when the work is done.

I purchased a $19 deal off of angies list for a home inspection. The technician arrived on time to inspect the residence. He placed a few glue traps and set some mouse traps. walked the perimeter of the property to look for any signs of rodent or pest issues. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I thought it was great value and would certainly call them in the future if an issue were to arise.

I noticed a lot of dead bugs on my porch the next day, so it must have worked. This was for a deal price and was week worth the cost. Normal cost much higher, but still planning on continuing the service.

This service was purchased as an Angies List Big Deal. The specialist arrived on time and did a THOROUGH inspection of both the interior and exterior of our house and garage. Throughout the inspection he explained what he was looking for, and preventive measures he was going to take on the exterior and interior to ensure continued prevention of pests. Without hesitation, we would use this company again should we ever have a pest problem, or feel the need to take preventative measures.

They arrived on time and explained the process. After the work was done, he reviewed it with me. The technician also explained to me how some preventive measures can be taken. Overall a very good experience. Sometimes their prices without the coupons are on the higher side though.

They were on time and very professional. I thought I might have a termite issue - and that they would try to sell me on a "protection plan". But they were really honest... they inspected the area and told me they were not termites (flying ants). That's it! They didn't try to sell me a plan. Just gave me the honest answer - free! I was really impressed with their professionalism and honesty.

The service technician arrived exactly on time for the appointment. He was very professional in appearance and approach. He asked several questions to understand exactly what sorts of pest issues we were having and explained the traditional treatment program for each sitiuation. He then sprayed the outside foundtation walls as promised in the Angie's List Deal offer and installed the glue traps in the basement.

Kind of a waste of money for our purposes, even with the deal. I do like the idea of a "green" exterminator though, so I would consider using them if a different problem were to arise.

The service went very well. I ended up hiring them for additional work after the inspection. They did exactly what the deal stated. One technician came out for the inspection and did a fine job. I had termites and suspected I was having the issue again. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they were flexible with my schedule.
