Jim was great, he laid a bunch of traps and checked the house thoroughly. Also, I love the whole "service plan" concept. A few days after Jim came, I noticed carpenter bees in my back deck. I called Green Pest again and they are going to come out and take care of the bees at no extra cost, because I've already paid for the three-month plan, which is about the same as another provider would charge per visit ($175). After the first three months you can continue the plan for $115 per quarter, which I would really like to do. Just having Green Pest available if something arises (like these carpenter bees) is a major relief, on my mind and bank account.

Very well. The young man was prompt, friendly and professional. He gave suggestions for future service which I intent to implement. A great buy!

I picked up bed buds I think at a hospital waiting room. They are horrible to get. I got two quotes for an exterminator and I went with Green Pest Solutions. The exterminator came to the house three times, right on schedule and applied the spray. Getting bed bugs is very stressful. The last thing I needed were problems with the exterminator. This company was very responsive and easy to deal with. Richelle answered all my calls and exterminators Jermain and Stewart were very professional and went out of their way to help.

I liked that they were able to do the job when I wasn't there, and they left a note when they did the job. I didn't have bugs before and I feel like this was a good preemptive strike against the potential for any future infestations.

Scheduling was prompt. It wasn't expensive, but I am not sure how effective it was. We did not notice any difference in terms of how many bugs we got in the spring in the house. I had to supplement with Ortho as I always do in the summer.

The tech was friendly, fast and efficient.

The technician sprayed the perimeter of the house with anti- ant spray and gave us 2 ant traps. He also gave us 2 bed bug traps as a bonus. My main concern was a thorough termite inspection but this was definitely not thorough. He just quickly glanced at a spot or two in our crawl space and concluded that everything was fine. The termite inspection took less than a minute!

It all went very well and I have signed a contract with them to continue to spray for the rest of the year.The person was polite, and knowledgeable about pest control and the products they use.

I have been using them for a number of years for both my lawn and pest control. They are very responsive and professional. Their prices are reasonable and they do not pressure you by selling you their services aggressively. They will come out and give you an estimate. I found them competitively priced and great at customer relations. The work is good. Our lawn looks great and my favorite thing is the mosquito treatment - we can actually eat outside in the summer!

It was fine. We're gonna put them under contract to continue in coming out so we're happy with their work. They just seemed competent in the way that they put it down. I'd give them an A.

Although the diagnosis was free and we didn't pay for a service this time, I can guarantee you that when we do have a need for pest control, Green Pest Control (and Dennis) will be the immediately called! Incredibly professional, personable, and they know what they are doing. I have complete faith that if they did say there is a problem, they wouldn't be trying to make a profit off of something that didn't need to be treated. Dennis even pointed out where previous termite extermination had been done, which I was unaware of when buying the house. Overall very happy!

They were really good. I really like everything. They came on time. They scheduled me quickly. They were fast and efficient. I really like that the bugs didn't come back.

The service representative was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and treated the areas where we had seen carpenter ants as well as the perimeter of the house. The following week we still had an issue with the ants, so they came out again to treat, no problem and at no additional cost as advertised. Since that time, we've had no problems. We signed up for a year of treatments so there will be 3 more visits over the year at the additional cost of appx $100 per visit. The price was competitive with other services in the area, and we have 2 small children so we liked that they did not use any spray within the house. The only reason I did not give an "A" for quality is because our interaction with the company is not complete, but so far so good.

The serviceman treated the outside perimeter of the house, explaining points of entry where pests can enter. He then went inside and inspected the basement also identifying areas of entry. The serviceman explained as he went along and was very informative.

The exterminator arrived on-time and sprayed indoors and outside. We were told not to kill ants because they would injest the poison and return to the colony. One week later, our bathroom was covered in ants. Upon calling we were told the process takes several weeks. I had to use my own pesticides to get rid of the infestation.

Came out in the spring after purchasing the deal at the end of fall and green pest agreed that they should wait to come out and treat our home. He performed the inspection on the inside of the home and determined that there were no pests in the house. At the time there might not have been ants visible, but I was under the impression the service would prevent the ants from coming into the home. He did treat the perimeter of the home on the outside. What he sprayed and why it did not work is a mystery to me as I now have a severe ant problem. I contacted them and told the secretary my issue, they were very nice and told me they would send someone out. Nobody called me and nobody showed up. I then contacted them again and have yet to hear back from them. **Update** They contacted me immediately after I reached out to Angie's List for help. Their response was courteous and quick! They came out and did a through job. After contacting Angie's List I have adjusted my letter grade to reflect my final impressions of the company.

These guys are awesome. Professional, prompt, friendly and effective. So glad I found them on Angie's List!

Technician was professional and on-time. He took time to describe his methods and chemicals used for the pests. All treatments are pet-friendly. He claims to notice evidence of termites and will refer another technician to review the "damage". I am pretty confident we do not have a termite problem and will withhold final evaluation when the next technician visits.

We had a favorable experience with their pest control. Carpet beetles live in your carpet and practically everybody has them. They are carried in from the outside. They mostly live in carpets. They can get into your bed at night and give you some rather nasty bites. They are kind of like bed bugs. We honestly thought and were afraid that we had bed bugs. We took the covers off of our mattresses, looked and found some dead like pupae coverings of some kind of insect that maybe had hatched out. We saved the samples of those and showed them to a professional from Green Pest Solutions. He told us no and that we had carpet beetles. They are very good to deal with. They were very prompt and came out. I think the cost, considering what they did, was reasonable.

It was fine. He gave us a report. The report was easy to understand. He comes out every three months. They set up their own schedule and come out. So, I don't have to contact them.

The main office was cooperative and easy to schedule appointments with. Technicians with specific knowlege of the issue were assigned. In particular, the first technician, Steve Gundaker, was especially knowledgeable, and was extremely thorough in applying the treatment. One possible area of improvement is the apparent tendency to assign a single technician to an appointment that should really be handled by two people. This places a lot of stress on the single assigned person, who has to manipulate furniture alone. I think this could result in a less-than-optimal treatment. Although in our case, it worked out ok. I was happy that Green Pest made good on their advertised warranty period: When the tenant reported tentative suspicions about seeing additional pests, a technician performed an additional inspection/treatment with no hassle.

I woke up this morning to see a bunch of little tiny bugs swarming around our front porch. I panicked not being sure whether they were termites or not. I called Green Pest Solutions not knowing when they would be able to schedule something. A few hours later Dennis stopped by on his way home and examined the bugs. They ended up being lace bugs coming from the bushes in front of our porch. Instead of him spraying them and charging us, he recommended we get some spray ourselves because it would be cheaper for us! So nice to have dealt with someone who was not trying to rip us off with trying to sell us something we didn't need. We live back in the woods and have various pest needs that arise from time to time, so will definitely be calling them in the future when we need something. Thank you!
