The provider did an excellent job, he was thorough and checked all areas without rushing. He explained what he was looking for while checking and did not try to pressure me into spending extra money for additional services that weren't needed. I would definitely use them again based on my experience.

GreenPest Solutions is a great company. I love the customer service and every person who came to our house was courteous and punctual. The reason I cancelled my contract is because the problem was not resolved. Whenever I called, a technician came out and set traps. At first I thought they would also remove the traps but they don't so I had to remove them myself and learned to deal with that. The problem is I have a mouse infestation and I'm frustrated that apparently nothing can be done about it. I don't mind spending the money if it in fact takes care of the problem but in this case it did not. Having an infestation is both disgusting and embarrassing, but taking the steps to remove it with no success is just frustrating. We do live in a row home and I am aware the complications that can present as you can't do anything about your neighbors. When I asked GPS if this is a problem I have to learn to live with they assured me that I do not. Which was a relief, but some eighteen plus months later, I'm still living with it. I figured rather than pay $97 quarterly to have someone come out and set snap traps I might as well buy my own and set them. Either way the problem persists but I'm not almost $400 poorer as a result. Trust, I wish there was a solution and I wish that Green Pest could provide it but so far, not so good. I'm sure others who live in unattached houses have better success but for now, our search for pest control continues.

They were very good in every way but I guess I didn't really realize what I was buying and what I was getting for it. He was here for 2 minutes. It just seemed like I could have done that myself. I would only use them if I better understood the product I was buying. You really have to talk to them and understand what they're giving you. All the guy did was walk around. He could have explained the coupon better to me.

The company never bothered to respond - neither to the purchase of the Big Deal nor to the follow up email. Angi's refunded the money

I got a Groupon for initial inspection and treatment. Figured I'd get pressured to get a termite contract or something but the guy was lovely and helpful. He treated the house perimeter to keep pests out, treated the basement, and completely solved our persistent kitchen ant problem. Hope to never need them again, but would use them if needed.

This is a great value! Obviously it is an introduction rate and they want to service your house on a quarterly basis for much more money (the going rate of about $100 an application), but I haven't seen very many bugs or ants since the application. They were very professional, and pointed out some mouse holes to my wife.

Matthew was very professional and courteous. He explained what they did and how they did it, as well as the fact that different insects needed different control chemicals. He explained that he was careful about the amount of applications inside the house. He wore protective covers on his shoes.

This was incredibly disappointing given all the good reviews they have and I can only conclude that they do a better job of bed bugs than they do of mice. The technician turned up on time and was very nice. However, he made no real attempt to identify the source or sources of the problem - which we understood would be part of the service - and commented that as we had already placed traps in many places, there was nothing further he could do. He didn't charge us, which was decent, but what a waste of time. He wasn't in the house for long, and had pretty standard-style traps: exactly the kind you can buy off the shelf. So much for all the sweet talk I was given over the phone. Do not plan on calling again.

The tech arrived on time and sprayed around the house and sprayed the yellow jacket nests that were under the siding. Within a week there were dead carpenter ants all over. The bees did die but they were escaping now into the house and dying. Being that I am extremely allergic to stings, I called the company and they were going to send someone out again to make sure that the nest was killed. There fees were very reasonable. You had 2 options. $150 for the one time visit or a quarterly schedule with the first visit being $150 and then $115 once a quarter. i took the second option and they will check for mice, spiders, etc. throughout the year. They will come back as many times as you need throughout the quarter. The 2 people answering the phone were very helpful and did everything they could to get me schedule because of my allergies to the bee stings, now that they were in the house. The tech was dressed well, very professional. I know that there are cheaper companies out there but I have been through lousy service and the high pressure sales pitches and have ended up not trusting them. Not worth it. Green Pest Solutions answered all my questions, took the time to listen, and did a great job. I have no problem giving them an A in every respect,
