It was fine. No additional fees. It was probably a week after I purchased it that they came out. He was a very nice man. I would probably use them in the future but they are a little bit away from my house so I'm not sure.

Very well, as both the original inspector, and the individual performing the chemical treatment were prompt and courteous.

He was very knowledge and pleasant. When I called the office to schedule the appointment the rep i spoke with was amazingly accomadating.

The specialist arrived at the scheduled time. He explained the procedure that was needed to eliminate the mice problem. He completed the inspection. He treated the areas of infestation. This customer was pleased with the service today and will make a decision to continue services within the next month.

They were decent and they will now be coming back regularly.

Everyone involved provided outstanding customer service, the termite treatment was extensive and prevented all additional swarm activity. I appreciated the detailed explanation of the service plan, payment options and the fair price. I would DEFINITELY use them again!

Kevin from Green Pest came out and did an excellent job. They were quick to respond, made scheduling easy, and were punctual and professional. He sprayed a non-toxic chemical (kids and pets in the house) inside on all floors as well as outside the perimeter of the house. We will definitely use them again if the need arises and highly recommend them to others. The price was extremely reasonable and the work was thorough.

Last spring I moved into a house with a lot of property. I have 2 young kids and a couple dogs, so as the weather got nicer we began spending time outdoors. Multiple times I found ticks on myself and my dogs. I called Green Pest Solutions and from start to finish I was impressed with the quality of work and professionalism they showed. The customer service team member are always pleasant, polite, and helpful, the sales team was thorough answering my questions, and the technicians always called first before showing us (I personally requested this so I can take the dogs out prior to spraying). They were on time and followed all the instructions I provide (mostly where to spray/not to spray). The service was 4 visits over the summer to spray the yard. After the first spraying I no longer saw any ticks on me or the dogs. Although not advertised, I was hoping the spray would get rid of the gnats too, but it didn't. Overall I'm very impressed by this company because they are professional from start to finish. I called around to get quotes before deciding and their prices were less than some other competitors.

First telephone conversation went very well. I was given preparation instructions, commitments and confidence that the technician and company could do this work. We scheduled a day and time. The Tech was on time. He had before, during and after information for me. I returned home with my treated pets and all has been well since them. I highly recommend the company people for their knowledge, courtesy, professionalism and because they did what they said they would do.

This provider was effective and efficient, and provided the extermination service in a timely and very professional manner. We had a minor interior and exterior ant problem -- the problem appears to be gone. We highly recommend this company.

They came out right away. The crew member was friendly and knowledgeable. The product was not effective due to the amount of ants outside of our home. After learning this, the company reached out to me and offered to rectify the situation. Very commendable.

I purchased an Angie's List deal and within 24 hours was contacted by the service provider. It was easy to find a time that worked for me within the following week. The provider arrived called to say he would be early. He performed the service quickly and responded to my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Overall, I was very happy with the service provided.

Showed up on time and sprayed the exterior of the house. All went well.

He explained what the problem was and where the ants were getting in. Because they were showing up on the kitchen counter he was very careful with the product he used and where it was applied, especially in the kitchen. He explained that they have to take this back to their habitat and hopefully this will kill them off. There was a chance that this might not happen and in that case he'll take stronger measures. Give it two weeks , and if at that time you still see ants, call him back. After about 2 or 3 days there were fewer ants appearing and they have since been gone. I did see one or two the other day and they appeared to be very weak. Since then I have not seen any.

Went well I was please that they offer monthly payment plan.

Dennis came to my Philadelphia rowhome to perform the basic pest control service. He was very professional and informative, answering all of the questions I had about the issues I had going on with bug issues. I appreciated the shoe covering since I do not allow shoes inside the house and I never had anyone coming to the house to provide services do that before. I hope the work provides some positive results. The only recommendation to the company is to provide a courtesy call to let the customers know when the provider will be arriving (when s/he confirms the schedule for the day or something). The 2-hour window time is rather long to sit and wait for not knowing whether someone will show up at 2pm or 3:45pm.

The person was very young and definitely was not into it. Not that I wanted more sales, but he did not kind of really sell the product any more than what he came to do and left. The price was good. It was excellent. The quality of the service seems good. They called me ten minutes after I bought the Deal. He was right here when he was supposed to be.
