Review for my daughters home. These guys are so terrific, came out on an emergency basis on a Saturday to do an evaluation as my daughter was getting bitten in bed at her home at night. Very concerned about bed bugs . The representative spent a lot of time with my daughter and son-in-law doing an inspection. Found evidence of carpet beetles but not bed bugs, at this time. Did not even charge for inspection. Extremely impressed. Scheduled service for today, May 18th, Tech, Kevin Jensen came and again inspected and performed full house extermination of carpet beetles with spray. He was punctual, very thorough and informative and personable. Would highly recommend this company. Hoping I do not need to see them again but feel they are very trustworthy if I see any evidence of any bugs again..

The initial treatment didn't fix the issue 100%, but they sent a follow-up out for free and that took care of it for the rest of the year. Totally satisfied.

Ok. Rodent problem somewhat controlled

It's too early to say whether or not the treatment worked, but the process was very smooth. I contacted GPS via Angie's on Monday morning, had a call back within the hour and an appointment set for Wednesday. Mike explained their methods to me thoroughly on the phone, and Simon offered some additional insights in person when he arrived (not only on time, but about 10 minutes early). He was friendly and professional, and seemed to do a thorough treatment of the house (only time will tell for sure) after we'd reviewed everything - even though he was in and out within about 30-45 minutes. It seems like it'll get the job done, and it's guaranteed 60 days if not. Wish it were a little cheaper, but who doesn't wish things were cheaper?

They are totally awesome. The ant technician somehow figured out that the ants were coming in from someplace on the other side of my back yard and they were completely gone in a day, and I haven't seen one for months. This worked without putting the neighbors' dog, who visits often, at any risk. The mice are a new issue but I feel confident that they have found the problem. They are also prompt, courteous and have great customer service.

I paid $29.00 to listen to a sales pitch. What they wanted to do was inadequate and dangerous to my animals. A waste of time.

They are pretty good. They’ve come out a couples of times when I’ve had problems between visits. They will schedule you right away; they are very good about that. They are very nice. It’s a $117 quarterly and if you have a problem in between they will come back out and they don’t charge. The fact is they don’t give you and argument when tell them you want to do the inside of the house. They are no problem.

Great!!! Sprayed everywhere and technician explained all the procedures and especially what will and will not harm my baby.

I first heard sounds in my wall ~noon on Christmas Eve day (a Saturday), so I was pleased that I was able to reach someone (Matt) immediately and I made an appointment to get the work done, 9 days later, on Monday, 1/2. However, the price structure was very confusing, especially regarding Angie's List coupons/deals (but listing on AL shows 10% senior discount)) and Matt was unable to clarify. Matt did leave me a voice message on 12/28 that my appointment was cancelled because no staff working on 1/2 (legally observed New Year's Day holiday).

I asked that the provider delete item from his terms and he stated that he could not make any changes to the terms. He also stated that the only way that he could do the work was for me to sign the contract.
