My technicians have always done an excellent job and they are very insightful answering any question I've ever had about rodents or insects.

Went well. Their tech Mark arrived and was very professional. Explained where my issue would likely be and what he would be doing. First application, he will check back in 30 days.

We were told by a junk removal company that they had found bed bugs on an old mattress that we had them remove. We were horrified and anxious. We called Green Pest Solutions and Kevin came out and put our minds at ease. He inspected the room that the mattress had been stored in and explained that it was more than likely carpet beetles that the men mistook for bed bugs. And, this was done free of charge! We are so appreciative for Kevin and Green Pest!

Very professional company with helpful advice on how to prevent mouse infestation. Inspected areas that mice were drawn to and set traps, bait and sealed off holes. Reasonably priced package with follow-up visits included for the year. Would use again for other extermination needs.

Green Pest Solutions is over the top Professional. They respect the customer needs and concerns. Since I have been a customer my home is pest free! The treatment is thorough and I am comfortable with the people who service my home! I recommend them highly!

We had a newfound problem with cockroaches and realized there was a nest in our garden. Green Pest responded quickly and suggested we should buy protection for a year to make sure the issue is resolved and gave us a discount for joining. We have the maintenance plan now which includes quarterly treatments and it has proved useful. They do respond quickly if we see even a single new pest and have free termite inspection, mouse traps, other pest solutions. I would trust them again. One caveat, the name suggests more nature friendly products than rivals. They have no such claim, the name is a coincidence.

Reasonably priced, easy to work with and they got the job done the first time.

We had a HUGE wolf spider problem. Mostly located in the basement and an old beat up porch, but we could kill up to 20 of them on a nightly basis, and our glue traps were constantly catching them. Within 6 weeks of treating we were down to a few (that's with a visit every 2 weeks for those 6 weeks). Within 3 months they seemed to be gone, for the most part. Since the spiders were under control, we have been maintaining well with a quarterly visit. As a bonus, we no longer have centipedes down there too. This past visit Brian even took care of a large bee's nest that sprang up suddenly on the side of my house. I wasn't expecting that, so that was nice. My only complaint is the phone system they use seems to have issues; sometimes I receive incorrect automated calls. I also wish they sent a reminder email or call to let me know when the quarterly service is due, because I really don't want to get behind on treatments...when I was late one time, the spiders were ready to descend. I do think think the yearly contract is expensive, at $600, but you do get to call them for as many additional visits as you need to go along with your quarterly visits, if your problem doesn't respond to one visit (as mine obviously didn't).

The tech comes Quarterly to spray. If I have any problem between visits I just call. No extra charge. Spray is pet friendly, I don’t worry about my pet getting sick from it The tech is always friendly and professional.

This company is very customer oriented and truly value their customers. I not just saying that, I was very impressed with them. They were through and very cost effective. Dennis and William were some of the nicest people that I had the pleasure of meeting. Their customer service is second to none. Please if you have the unfortunate opportunity to need a company like this one, give them a chance, you won’t regret it. I would highly recommend this company.

Service Technician was prompt, friendly, and completely professional. Carefully checked all aspects and sources of the problems. Explained what he found and the best solutions. Took the needed time to make sure the problems would be resolved.

This review is long overdue. I was diagnosed with cancer (and had a couple of setbacks) and have had known that I had to write this review for a long time. At the same time of my cancer diagnosis I discovered bed bugs in my home. How was I supposed to go to the hospital for treatment without spreading bed bugs in the hospital? Talk about stress! I also live in the City, which is a long way from where Green Pest Control is based. They had no problem with my location. This company was so professional, so caring, so compassionate to my plight. I cannot stress enough how much they helped me through this ordeal. They came out right away to assess the situation and devise a plan to eliminate the bed bugs. They treated my home 3 times. And after those 3 treatments, I have not had another problem with bed bugs. This company is always on time, always professional and above all always courteous. I called them many times with concerns and questions and never once was I treated like I was bothering them. They answered my questions with politeness and empathy. If I ever have a problem again with any type of bug problem, you can bet I will be call Green Pest Control! I would recommend this company to anyone. I couldn't have been more grateful or pleased with their services.

Tom from Green Pest Solutions was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain things and listen to my needs. This was not my experience with other companies in the past. I am confident this company will be able to control my ant issues and other pest issues in the future. Great experience!

The tech is very knowledgeable and the company maintains a punctual schedule.

I spoke to Mike over the phone. He was extremely unhelpful. He kept saying they could only check for bedbugs. I don't have bedbugs! Very frustrating experience!

The technician that came out today ( 12/11/18) "Tom" was fantastic. Professional, pleasant,knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Also told me about some great specials coming in 2019 so I can get piece of mind without going bankrupt. Will be getting one of those "specials" in Jan/Feb 2019. People in office answering phones and scheduling also quite nice. Call this company if you need "pest" service.

We had to empty out the kitchen including all the cabinets and wipe them clean so when the technician, Brian comes he starts with " clean slate" so to say, assesse the situation and determine a plan of action. In this case he treated all the surfaces, nooks and corners with application of necessary sprays, laid traps and installed monitors which can be examined at a later date, in this case a month, to check on progress. It is important to destroy the eggs therefore there will be multiple inspections over period a few months until we are all satisfied. Today is the beginning of day 3 and we have not seen any cockroaches so far. Good job.

So far, I am satisfied with the results. We’ll see what happens.

David was great - came out the same day and inspected my home/property. Explained the process and didn't try to upsell nor does he require a contract (but has a 30 day MBG). He was conscientious and was careful about the treatment as so it didn't harm the wildlife. Would highly recommend.

Matthew was prompt, friendly and professional. He came out to treat a yellow jacket colony that found its way into our attic, after about a day we have seen no more of them.

it went very well they were on time very courteous and professional they have to come back to spray the outside because it started to rain but other than that they did a great job in the house in the crawl space 2 which I wouldn't want to go into myself so I give them an A+ rating
