Technician was very nice even let my 4yr old son follow him around asking questions.

Technician called prior to coming so we could put our dogs away. Service was performed in a timely matter and everything we requested was done.

It went very well. The young man from GreenPest was very straightforward. He looked closely at the sawdust and immediately told us that it is nothing to worry about. We had thought it might be termites but he said that the sawdust was from the original home construction and it was simply dislodged by ants traveling along the basement walls so that the sawdust fell on the walls and floor. We were impressed with the honesty of this Green Pest rep. He could have sought to sell us an unnecessary termite prevention program but he did not. So we are inclined to make Green Pest our go to firm for future questions that we have.

Very well. Technician Eric Moore did a good job explaining what service he would do, and how long it would take to be effective. He also gave me good insight into whether or not to expect more Cicada Killer activity in the future and he explained the warranty to me. Eric walked the property diligently looking for Cicada Killer nests and paid close attention to treating the nests that I had spotted.

The technician arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He emphasized waiting 7 days to see if they were gone. They will return within 30 days and treat again at no cost if necessary. The technician also emails info on what he found around the house while applying the product. This is the second experience we’ve had with Green Pest and we’re extremely happy with their service.

Very well. I discussed minor indoor bugs but declined indoor service due to small dogs in the house at this time. I informed him that i will call if the indoor pests continue.

I just received my latest quarterly service today. I have been consistently impressed with the punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge of all the personnel who have serviced my home. Today was no exception. The technician wore a mask, gloves, shoe coverings and maintained appropriate social distance while performing the needed service. I also wore a mask while he was here to help ensure his safety. Thank you for helping my home remain a pest-free place to be during this time.

We were told by a junk removal company that they had found bed bugs on an old mattress that we had them remove. We were horrified and anxious. We called Green Pest Solutions and Kevin came out and put our minds at ease. He inspected the room that the mattress had been stored in and explained that it was more than likely carpet beetles that the men mistook for bed bugs. And, this was done free of charge! We are so appreciative for Kevin and Green Pest!

Very professional company with helpful advice on how to prevent mouse infestation. Inspected areas that mice were drawn to and set traps, bait and sealed off holes. Reasonably priced package with follow-up visits included for the year. Would use again for other extermination needs.

Green Pest Solutions is over the top Professional. They respect the customer needs and concerns. Since I have been a customer my home is pest free! The treatment is thorough and I am comfortable with the people who service my home! I recommend them highly!

We had a newfound problem with cockroaches and realized there was a nest in our garden. Green Pest responded quickly and suggested we should buy protection for a year to make sure the issue is resolved and gave us a discount for joining. We have the maintenance plan now which includes quarterly treatments and it has proved useful. They do respond quickly if we see even a single new pest and have free termite inspection, mouse traps, other pest solutions. I would trust them again. One caveat, the name suggests more nature friendly products than rivals. They have no such claim, the name is a coincidence.

Reasonably priced, easy to work with and they got the job done the first time.

We had a HUGE wolf spider problem. Mostly located in the basement and an old beat up porch, but we could kill up to 20 of them on a nightly basis, and our glue traps were constantly catching them. Within 6 weeks of treating we were down to a few (that's with a visit every 2 weeks for those 6 weeks). Within 3 months they seemed to be gone, for the most part. Since the spiders were under control, we have been maintaining well with a quarterly visit. As a bonus, we no longer have centipedes down there too. This past visit Brian even took care of a large bee's nest that sprang up suddenly on the side of my house. I wasn't expecting that, so that was nice. My only complaint is the phone system they use seems to have issues; sometimes I receive incorrect automated calls. I also wish they sent a reminder email or call to let me know when the quarterly service is due, because I really don't want to get behind on treatments...when I was late one time, the spiders were ready to descend. I do think think the yearly contract is expensive, at $600, but you do get to call them for as many additional visits as you need to go along with your quarterly visits, if your problem doesn't respond to one visit (as mine obviously didn't).

The tech comes Quarterly to spray. If I have any problem between visits I just call. No extra charge. Spray is pet friendly, I don’t worry about my pet getting sick from it The tech is always friendly and professional.

This company is very customer oriented and truly value their customers. I not just saying that, I was very impressed with them. They were through and very cost effective. Dennis and William were some of the nicest people that I had the pleasure of meeting. Their customer service is second to none. Please if you have the unfortunate opportunity to need a company like this one, give them a chance, you won’t regret it. I would highly recommend this company.
