Great. The tech was very professional. Job done quickly. I thought the cost was high, but it is in the ballpark for the service provided once I shopped around.

The service provide was fine. I use Green Pest for my Quarterly Service and will continue. There is a small complaint with Green Pest and not the technician. My initial appointment was cancelled (by Green Pest) 30 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. This was aggravating because I had taken off 1/2 day for the appointment.

Great. The technician did a thorough job of treating our property.

Great. Sam called to let me know his arrival time. Friendly and patient with barking little dogs! Applied product where asked to do so.

i called the number from angies list ...was transferred to a surly guy named jordan who told me they do quotes over the phone bi=ut would not come out to see scope of work. my job is a HUGE job i think with an annual contract.....so i informed him i wouldn't sign up without meeting them and having them see the work needed. "no problem" was the exact answer. and i thought "the customer is always right". wow...good luck with them

Called contacted Green Pest Solutions and received an immediate response. Person I talked with gave me detailed options and pricing and was able to send a technician within a few days. Technician contacted me the night before to reconfirm and again when he was within a 1/2 hr of arrival. He listed to my problems, asked some questions and answered all of mine. He completely explained what he was going to do, what he was using and what to expect. Said to allow 1-2 wks for total results - it's been 10 days and I haven't seen any evidence of the ants for the past 3 days. So far I am very happy with the service and professionalism of the tech. I was informed that I can recall them if the problem occurs again. I've also opted to have them return quarterly to re-treat my home to avoid having to experience another infestation.

Very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and pandemic conscientious! Easy process. Quick to get an appointment so no delay. Prompt. Arrived well ahead of scheduled time. Uniform and name tag with company label truck. Masked, gloves, and shoe covers. Reassuring they are just a phone call and will come back for any sign or worry of further pest activity. Price was comparable to competition but I had read more positive reviews about GPS. Reviews were true. Glad I chose Green Pest Solutions! Excellent first service experience overall. Thank you GPS. It went very well. The young man from GreenPest was very straightforward. He looked closely at the sawdust and immediately told us that it is nothing to worry about. We had thought it might be termites but he said that the sawdust was from the original home construction and it was simply dislodged by ants traveling along the basement walls so that the sawdust fell on the walls and floor. We were impressed with the honesty of this Green Pest rep. He could have sought to sell us an unnecessary termite prevention program but he did not. So we are inclined to make Green Pest our go to firm for future questions that we have.

Very well. Technician Eric Moore did a good job explaining what service he would do, and how long it would take to be effective. He also gave me good insight into whether or not to expect more Cicada Killer activity in the future and he explained the warranty to me. Eric walked the property diligently looking for Cicada Killer nests and paid close attention to treating the nests that I had spotted.

The technician arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He emphasized waiting 7 days to see if they were gone. They will return within 30 days and treat again at no cost if necessary. The technician also emails info on what he found around the house while applying the product. This is the second experience we’ve had with Green Pest and we’re extremely happy with their service.

Very well. I discussed minor indoor bugs but declined indoor service due to small dogs in the house at this time. I informed him that i will call if the indoor pests continue.
