Description of Work: They were very professional. They do not provide bed bug monitors anymore, as they don't work. Should remove that from their offer, but otherwise, I was very satisfied, and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They treated the exterior perimeter of my home for general pest control. The work and scheduling both went fine.

Description of Work: They did not do a bed bug check but that wasn't needed. They did out down a few mouse traps and sprayed outdoors and did a termite check. I got what I paid for.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $19 Pest or Rodent Control Package Including Termite Inspection and Bed Bug Detector. That turned out fine and he told me there were no major issues.

Description of Work: I originally purchased the inspection and while the technician was at the house I asked about spraying the yard for ticks. The sign up was simply my saying to go ahead. About 2 weeks later they came out to treat for ticks. I was told that I would just need to keep my dogs off the grass for 2 hours but when I got home, I had a notice to keep the dogs off for 24 hours! The typed paperwork said that they applied a weed inhibitor and fertilizer but the hand-written portion said that they applied the tick application. I called the office and they said they applied the tick application but they had a technician call me a little later. He told me they did the tick application. A few days later, my weeds started dying. I called again, and asked if the tick application would make the weeds die. Of course it wouldn't! Mistakes happen so they said they would send someone out the following week to apply the tick application. They came out in the rain to apply and the following day, we had flash flooding. Due to the experience that I had already had, I wanted to wait to pay the bill for another week. Two weeks after the correct application, I not only get a bill but a LATE FEE! They are not coming back!
