Description of Work: Sprayed outside of house to prevent insects. Only complaint is that I emailed them a day or two later and said I was concerned that the spray washed away due to such heavy rainfall and didn't receive a email or call back.

Description of Work: Assessed for termites, sprayed termiticide because of previously treated infestation. Identified carpenter ants who would also be treated with same product. Left several very useful mouse traps. Pleasant, professional employee. Will hire them if I need further pest services.

Description of Work: I purchased this deal two times and I never received a call from the company to schedule service so I chose to received refunds for the two deals I purchased. I am only reviewing their failure to schedule the service.

Description of Work: Big deal offering inspection, bed bug detection, pest spray house exterior. |Company rep was courteous, well-spoken, neatly groomed good job explaining company services.Although for understandable reasons they could not guarantee that spraying would work, it did eliminate our kitchen ants.

The represenative left small traps at the garage door for catching bugs. The traps did a good job of catching unwanted bugs. I will probably use this company again in the near future.

Description of Work: Used spray for Outside ants resulted all those ants got inside. Very poor result though they did it twice. still outside ants remains. Never use again.

Description of Work: They checked the entire basement and perimeter of the house outside. Bait was set for spiders and other insects in basement and most probable site of any problem identified and treated . No any in the kitchen since!
