Arrived on time... was polite. Explained what work was going to be performed inside and outside, explained what each process consisted of, and each type of treatment. Have not had major issues with Insects since there Services. Cost of Quarterly Service was about $120.00 after Tax.. 👍🏻 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Mark T.

Sam at Green Pest Solutions is a great technician. Courteous, personable, professional. He knew his craft very well and taught me a few new things. I hired this company on November 2019 and agreed to do a payment plan for my account for five months $133.33 . The automatic payment is supposed to start five months I sold my property I received a bill two weeks ago October 2020 and said I owed them $400 my payment plan already expired upon looking at the records They was overcharging me for three months after our Business has already been completed I spoke to the specialist that handles all of that for the company he stated to me he was sorry and he was going to credit my account back for the three months because they continue to bill my account he stated he don’t know why it happened long story short I never received my money $266 was taken by this company They will not give you your money back if their computer makes a mistake. At first I though the price was a bit hight but it turns out they were actually comparable to several other companies I reached out to when we noticed this was a problem that needed attending to. And on the day of the service call, the tech that arrived - Brandon - was AMAZING!!!! He arrived promptly and set about the task of inspecting the home a soon as he arrived. He was very through and helped ease my fears of poisons being left out that my child might come across. He assured me all of the traps he set were tamper proof and he was very informative about what we should be on the lookout for in between our initial appointment and the two-week follow-up. I'm very optimistic and would defiantly recommend this company to others in a heartbeat!

We've been using Green Pest for several months now, and have seen absolutely no improvement in the roach and mouse problems we're having. Our neighbors also began exterminating and still no improvement. They have been out every two weeks like clockwork. I am highly disappointed and utterly disgusted at the waste of time and money.

Went really well. The company has a policy where if there are insects again, bees in this case, anywhere on the property, within 30 days of treatment, they return for free. We had a second incident--bees burrowed in between gutter and chimney, and made their way inside the house. Required 2 treatments to control. Both visits were under the initial price paid 23 days prior. Prompt service, knowledgeable, polite and patient technicians. Great service.

Green Pest Solutions performed a perimeter termite treatment and inspection. William was prompt, friendly and professional.

He was quick and fully explained his findings, his treatment plan, and the what was included in the service plan. He also found and treated a yellow jacket nest I had not known about.

The agent was able to identify a small opening where wasps were entering the space behind a brick wall. There was no signs of wasp activity the morning after.

From the initial phone call to Green Pest Solutions to the completion of the work, every step was well organized by the company without fault. Moreover, their pricing was fair and competitive with other companies.

I received a quick response to schedule a service call. I admit the price seemed a little high to kill and remove the nest, but it needed done and I would need an epipen if I were stung. So I scheduled service for a Thursday. Jonthony showed up on-time and was very professional. He sprayed the nest and behind all of the shutters on the house. He was unable to remove the nest because his extension pole had broken. So he said someone would call to reschedule another appointment to return and remove the dead nest. I received a call the next morning and scheduled the appointment for Tuesday. Nick came out on-time, but he didn't have a ladder on his truck. I had to provide him with a ladder to remove the dead nest. He used a long pole with a ball-like end to knock the nest down, however, there is a mess of nest residue left on the eave. (see 2nd pic) I don't understand why the on-site techs aren't provided with better equipment to do their work. (a broken pole, no ladder?!) Given the broken equipment, the mess left behind on the eave, and the price, I have to give them a B. This no way is a reflection of Jonthony or Nick, as they were very professional.

George, our technician, arrived promptly, suited up properly, inquired about our issues, explained his treatment procedures, and completed his work efficiently. He is a true professional.

The technician was courteous and professional during the service. He addressed all of my concerns in an efficient and caring fashion. I would highly recommend.
