Description of Work: Ultimately Green Pest did nothing because the problem we had was different than expected. Will need them to do some work in the future, but it is a bit more complicated than basic pest control. | |That said, when the time does come, we will definitely use Green Pest. Dan was great! Clearly explained what was the problem - pin hole beetles - and the solution and a quote (different team needs to handle it). Walked around the house to confirm nothing else looked amiss - it didn't. Provided some helpful advise, and basically said "then you really don't need me today". It was so refreshing not being oversold, pressured to get unneeded services, etc. Oh and the price they had quoted for pest service (if that had been needed) was superior to the national brands. | |So come Spring, we'll need help with Carpenter Bees again, and we will definitely call Green Pest. Same when we deal with the pin hole beetles. Dan's honesty and straightforward approach has won them future business.
