Description of Work: They looked around the property and sprayed the foundation. I had a problem with yellow jackets and box elder bugs, which they would not deal with unless I paid a substantially greater charge which was ten times the initial charge.

Description of Work: While they were professional and prompt, right after they provided the exterior pest control treatment, I started having crickets in my basement. They didn’t ask to see anything past the first room in my home such as my basement. I went and got a product to treat for this issue.
