Description of Work: I called to see if the insects we found were termites. They came out and determined it wasn't termites. They didn't charge me. I found out that they provide a free service to families of deployed military men and women. What a wonderful service and a tremendous asset to the community. Description of Work: I contacted Green Pest Solutions for an ant problem in the spring. They quickly up-sold me on their recurring business model of "quarterly application", where they come and re-apply around my house. They eventually did take care of my ant problem, however when I tried to use them for ground bees, I was told that wasn't covered. When I again called because I had what sounded like mice in the attic, I was told they didn't cover that either. I called a 3rd time for a house-fly infestation, and again - that wasn't covered. In short, I don't think the quarterly charges are worth it, considering the money I would still need to spend to resolve all of the issues they don't cover.
