Description of Work: "I have had Comcast service for a few months now. I enjoy the service, as I have the cable channels, plus wi-fi and landline home phone service. | |The service is good, have not had any problems. The only complaint would be the local office, which can be a bit long in waiting to pay your bill. More attention should be provided to have more customer service reps to handle the flow of people. | |Thank you, |

 + -1 moreTHEY MAKE SERVICE CALLS PROMPTLY. WHEN THEY RECENTLY REPLACED THE MODEM, THE YOUNG MAN TOOK THE TIME TO BE THOROUGH, CHECKING OUT THE WHOLE COMPUTER SYSTEM. HE IS GOOD AT LOCATING THE PROBLEM.

 + -1 moreTHE FEES CHARGED TO ME WERE A BIT HIGHER BECAUSE I WAS NOT A COMCAST CABLE CUSTOMER. THE SERVICE WAS PRETTY GOOD, AND THERE WAS VERY LITTLE SERVICE INTERRUPTION. THE MONTHLY FEES ARE THE THING THAT LED ME TO CHECK INTO OTHER OPTIONS.

 + -1 moreI HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICE. WHEN I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS ON TIME. I HAVE HAD A LATE MORNING SERVICE CALL, AND THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL LATE AFTERNOON. ONCE THEY COME OUT, THE SERVICE IS FINE.
