Awesome. Alex looked at the job first, told me everything he was going to do, and gave me a quote. When the router wire turned into a bigger job than originally planned, he offered 2 different options (running through the ceiling that was difficult to access or starting over in the basement). We chose one, and although it took more time than was originally planned, Alex did not charge us extra. I chose to pay him extra because I was so happy with his work, his professionalism, and his willingness to listen to what we wanted and offer the best ways to achieve our goals. Electricians that return calls and show up as planned can be difficult to find. Alex was great to work with and it's nice to know that I have a reliable electrician!
