They did a real good job, very mannerly and pleasant. Just remember you have to have someone other than them to shut off the gas for your stove and turn off the water for the frig. Then you have to get someone to turn them both on. The only thing I didn't care for was the dust mess that was left when they were done. Next time, I'll remember to have them cover everything.

He was very unprofessional and showed little care or concern for the situation. He never measured the room. He walked out and never returned, nor returned a phone call. I am in a wheelchair and needed some assistance, but he absolutely didn't care.

We had carpet installed in one large room and steps. The carpet was reasonably priced, and their service was great. We had one area of the carpet that came up a few weeks later. We called them and they were out the next day. I would highly recommend them.

Overall the work was good but they had to come back a couple of times to fix some things that weren't done to perfection. They always sent someone right away to correct the problem. I had a problem with the office trying to overcharge me, but I caught that. The quality of their products are good though.

When we went to the setore, the staff was freindly and courteous. They were not pushy and triying to make the sale. They took the time to educate us on the differences between carpet grades and styles. They helped us find the carpeting that fitted the needs of each room. They were better priced than all of their competitors. They sub contracted for the installation and the installers were of the smaequality as Lint Carpeting. The even asked if we would like the excess carpet put in the closets with no extra charge. The installers were prompt, professional, and clean. I am looking forward to having them refinish my hardwood floors in the near future..

Punctual, efficient and pleasant installation experience.

I needed ceramic tile for a bathroom we were gutting. There are so many choices to make and I wasn't really sure what i wanted. The sales person was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions which helped me make a good decision for what to purchase. The contractor over estimated how much tile to purchase. There was no problem with returning what was not used. The fisnished project looks beautiful and I am very pleased with it.

Our experience at the showroom was first class. No pressure and a great deal of help from all of the sales staff, including Larry himself. Years of experience pays off in their suggestions to us about the type and quality of flooring materials for each area of the home, as well as the colors and other factors (traffic, durability, ease of cleaning, etc.). They have significant choices in all flooring materials and all price ranges. We then paid our deposits (50%) and then scheduled installation of each material, one right after the other. Ceramics (500 ft2) was installed in two days (broken joint, with accent tiles in door thresholds) and grouted, hardwood (175 ft2) and baseboards (300 ft) in one day and all carpet (102 yds) in one day. The installation was beyond first class. Each group of installers (all Larry Lint Employees), knew their jobs well, acted very professional, and were very careful of our home. The crew for ceramic tile consisted of Bob, Chuck, Matt and Jason, the grout crew consisted of Jeff and Dave, the hardwood and baseboards were installed by Bill and Dempster and the carpets were installed by Brian, John and Ron. If we ever were to do another home makeover, we would ask for these crews as they worked very well together and got the job done. No damage to our newly painted walls, no dirst, dust, or construction debris and they cleaned up after each day of work. The job was done at the agreed upon price and exactly when it was scheduled to be done. This is why we chose Larry Lint Flooring over the big box stores. Prices were comparable to the big box stores and good (we did price them against the big box and the independent competition in our area) BUT, the sales and installation experiences were more than excellent. It should be noted that this was not our first time using Larry Lint (parents house and a family room several years ago) and that is why we selected them for this very large job.

Start to finish-Excellent to Excellent Sales to installing were both very Professional. Highly recommend.Cost was high, but you pay for quality.

They were very professional. The price was a little bit higher than the other places but still I went with them as they had a good reputation. They did a great job. The only thing is they took some time to get the order.

They were professional, courteous, and prompt throughout the process. The installation was completed by four men in one very long day. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished job.

They were very professional. They used some contractors to lay the carpet, but they were also very good. The price was better than anyone else we had gotten bids from and the selection was enormous. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with.

We went into their store and picked up the merchandise. Our experience was good. There were a couple of minor things that would go against them but it worked itself out. Wires were crossed at one point because someone was on duty one day and somebody was on duty another day. It wasn’t exceptional or anything to brag about but it wasn’t really anything to complain about either. We know that they have good prices and a good selection but we didn’t really shop around.

Work done was incomplete. Owner was difficult to deal with in trying to get resolution to my complaints. The team that came to lay the carpet cut my phone line and had to be watched closely to make sure that everything that was paid for was completed. Bad experience and would never use again.

I think they are pretty good at laying floors but they chipped out paint on my baseboard. They scraped up my futon. They were not cautious. When they left, they left without cleaning up and telling me what they did. I can't recommend them.

Have used this company for all our carpeting and tile in our house for 25 years. Their crews are very prompt, professional, and clean. Wouldn't have anyone else in our area but them.

The workers were professional and highly experienced. They performed an outstanding job and come highly recommended. They were very thorough and cleaned when the job was completed. I was very impressed.

COMPANY CAME TO HOME TO MEASURE AND ESTIMATE JOB. ARRANGED FOR 6 OF THE SAME DECORATIVE TILES WHEN RANDOM PATTERNS CAME WITH TILE. JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND AS ESTIMATED. TWO WEEKS ELAPSED FROM TIME OF ESTIMATE UNTIL JOB COMPLETION.
