Arrived promptly and courteously worked around the brith of our 3rd child...office staff was great & responsive. we had a small issue where a remote wasnt programmed correctly, but I would happily use them again

I have used this company 3 times over the past year much to my satisfaction.

I found them through Angie's List. My experience with them was fabulous! They were great. I mean Jack Kircher came out, and he went through everything that I needed to have done. He broke his estimate per projects. Then I called his secretary, Jill who was absolutely fabulous to work with. I told her that the prices were a little high. She worked with me on the price. I ended up only getting one thing that I needed to get done right away which was the foyer light. The two workers came out very nice and very polite. They put something on my hardwood floor, and it took them maybe an hour to put the light in. They were great! My husband and I both tried to do it ourselves, but they came in and they knew exactly what they were doing. They were awesome! Also, Jill and her office stand out. She called me, and she let me know that they are running late. She talks to me about the price, and she tries to get me in the Angie's List price where couple of other things that I needed to have done are there. I will definitely use them in the future.

All went very smoothly - no hitches.

I really like that when he gave me an estimate, he estimated each service individually so that I would know what I really needed and what I didn't instead of just giving me an overall price.

Nick and Andrew did a great job, very personable. Jill in the office was also great to work with.

Workers were very professional. The job was successfully completed. Evidently, a window treatment installer fried the wires when he plugged in a steam iron, and this blew an outlet in our bedroom. Fuses didn't solve the problem, nor did a simple outlet replacement. The wiring replacement resulted in our being able to use the outlet again. It went well as far as we are concerned.

The job was done on a timely manner. He also inspected the house and had additional suggestions for upgrades to me to consider, which I'm doing right now. I strongly recommend this service provider to anyone who are serious about maintaining your home in optimal conditions.

The electrician was on time. He was courteous and professional. He quickly finished the jobs. When I asked him the best way to get out broken light bulbs from a ceiling fan, he did it for me. That was appreciated. I also mentioned that we were interested in changing our fuse box to circuit breakers. He gave me an estimate the same visit. The price was very resonable. The office called me several days later to see if we were interested in getting the work done. I like the fact that they followed up. We plan on getting the work done by this provider.

They did a great job. It’s a two part job. I’m waiting to hear from them on the second part. I’m very pleased with the first part they did a very nice job on my basement. The owner came out along with the helper. Good clean up afterwards. I was ok with the price. He put a lot of additional fixtures.

We were new to Angie's List, so this was a first for us. We took advantage of a recessed lighting offer as our first attempt at using the site. We entered the purchase for 4 recessed lights. By the next day, I was on the phone with the office for scheduling the appointment. We picked a mutually agreeable date within 2 weeks of the order. The team was punctual, clean and made us feel comfortable with the experience. They moved quickly, but while taking time to explain and discuss with us our options. Overall, really good first experience with this contractor and Angie's List.

Outstanding. After patiently listening to my issue, Nick (electrician) advised me that instead of trying to trouble shoot, then repair that particular line on the circuit, and due to the fact that the line was located in an area that had no direct access to basement where the electrical panel was located (line outside the family room which is on concrete slab) , it would require much disruption. Decided to run a new outdoor dedicated line, approximately 12 feet away that would allow him to run the line more efficiently to the box. When the electrician first came, he made me aware that if he had to run out and purchase anything that he might need for the job, that the cost of that material, and any material I'd need that he did have available on the truck, would be added to the cost of the job. Coupon was for two hours of labor only. I figured that he'd probably have everything he needed to run a line on the truck, but he did not and needed to run to Lowes/Home Depot to purchase a weather proof box with a bubble cover, that time was taken out of the two hours labor. I think that this is completely understandable, as I can't imagine having everything on the truck, and I was towards the end of the day and inventory on the truck might run lower at that time. My only point here is that as a customer, I should have told Kirchner when I set the appointment exactly what I needed done and they would have brought everything they needed. The two hours of labor was enough to cover the time needed to access job, purchase material that wasn't on truck and complete the job. Nick was a pleasure to work with.

Workmen arrived on time and installed the switch panel, wired it to the main panel and routed about 80 feet of cable to an outside input box. the work was done professionally and cleanly. Any debris created was cleaned up completly. They vacuumed the area before they left and they offered to return to check the system after my generator arrived. I felt that the price charged was high for the time spent on the job.

As indicated -- went very well; no problems.

We have had Jeff work for us before (ceiling fans) and now we had him back to install an attic fan. We never had one. Also, in the master bathroom, Jeff moved a recessed light over to the shower and put in an ultra quiet exhaust fan where the recessed light was. Total payment included all products, parts and labor. From start to finish, Jeff is very professional and prompt. Came right on time for estimate and showed up right on time for the job itself. His assistant, Andrew, very polite and professional. Jeff, had Wayne (who has his own Home Improvement company) climb our two story, very steep roof to install the attic fan from the outside as Jeff worked the electrical inside. All did an excellent job. Back at the office, you're in contact with "Jill". let me tell you, this gal knows what she is doing. Keeps everything straight and has a personality that is super. Will again call Jeff for any electrical situations. Wonderful people to work with....

They worked fast and were very polite. I felt that I got my money's worth.

They kept in touch at all times with service appt. info/location of driver (requested), and when he arrived he got right down to business. Our house was very busy, and he did not tie up space or take time for idle chat. Got to work, did it well, asked how we liked what was done, left of a packet of info about the business, and left.

Arrived on time and was very professional. Took the time to make sure everythng was working. Would deffinitely use this company again.

I bought the $99/2 hours of labor special through Angie's List as well as a 4 recessed light installation deal from Kircher. When the guys were here to do the recessed lights in March, I asked them if they could do the 2 hrs. of work at my next door (elderly) neighbor's house. I went to my neighbor's house with the owner to go over the things she wanted to have done. The owner came back here and verbally instructed the worker about my neighbor's jobs. We scheduled the work for 4/2/13 at 12 noon. My neighbor got a call saying they would be a little late. Finally, I called around 1:00pm and was told the worker got lost, was given the wrong address, he finally came around 1:20pm. He had no written work order, nothing to inform him about what was to be done. My neighbor wanted the switches at the top and bottom of her stairs replaced, they were unreliable and she often had to make a trip back down the stairs to turn off the light. The switch at the bottom of the stairs was a dimmer switch. My neighbor specifically told the worker she wanted a dimmer switch again as she would put on the light at the top of the stairs dimly when she went out of the house. There were also 2 outside lights to replace, on the porch and garage (she provided). I didn't stay while the work was being performed, but I went back after the worker left, and saw that the switch at the bottom of the stairs was replaced with a standard switch. My neighbor said the worker told her he didn't have a dimmer switch. I think that if the work had been written down at the time the owner came over the first time, he could have made sure he had one. Or I could have been told we needed to provide one. We didn't use the full 2 hours, the worker would have had time to run to Home Depot to get a switch. So now we have to get someone to replace her switch. I thought they did a decent job on my recessed lighting, but will not use them again because of how they performed these 2 hours of service.

The deal for Kircher Electric on Angie's list was for " $200 of electrical work for $119 ". Over and above that "$200" deal, I was charged an additional $199.00 prior to the work being completed that day for the smoke alarms. Included in that price quote was $27 for gas since Mr. Kircher said it was a very long drive from Warrington, PA to my home. So, in reality, I was charged $399.00 for approximately 30 minutes of work. Everyone I tell that story to tells me I was crazy to pay that much just to have existing smoke alarms replaced. It has been many years since I hired an electrician to do any work so I honestly don't know if the price was fair or not. I also paid an additional $57 for the electrical outlet replacement since that work was not included in my original work request. Mr. Kircher, and the young man who replaced the smoke alarms, were both very nice, professional, fast, and cleaned up after their work. I would probably not hire Kircher Electric again since they are located so far from my home and I would rather not pay travel expenses.

Overall, this was a great experience. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the work was done promptly and professionally.

Since I live in an older house, the workers had to put some extra holes in the ceiling, which resulted in some minor additional charges to get them patched. Otherwise, everything went well and I am satisfied with the work.

The experience was great. Nick was professional and punctual. I appreciate that the work was completed in a timely manner and that no mess was left behind.
