Clean quick capable best chimney sweep I've ever used plan to use them in the future

I hired Ernest and his company, Absolutely The Best Hands Down, LLC to clean my wood burning fireplace. At first I was very surprised when Ernest told me it would take about 5 hours. Others said an hour and a half to two. After he was here and at work, he was extremely courteous and paid extreme attention to detail in every aspect. Cleanliness was at the top of the list, and you would never know he had been here. He shared before and after pictures and I was glad I did not wait longer. I would very much recommend Ernest and his company. Thank you Ernest.

Ernest worked so hard to clean our chimney; he started at 7 am and finished at 2 pm. Inside the flue, he found years of buildup that was like concrete or stone. He needed to use hammers to break it up to remove it. He took before/after photos and videos. He found so many spider webs and egg sacs, it made my skin crawl!!! He is very knowledgeable and very patient explaining how & what he did. He started on the roof and found that the â crownâ was very well done but it had wear and tear cracks. He recommended reglazing (?) it to prevent future damage. He reported our roof and chimney cap were great shape. When he came in to clean the firebox, damper, etc, he put down a tarp and wore head-to-toe protection and cleaned the damper and ratchet inside the firebox! He is so professional, nice and soft spoken. You will be amazed at his work. Our chimney box , flue and cap are so clean! Thank you Ernest for your hard work and professionalism!

Ernest was the best. He explained everything before hand and is very thorough. He takes pictures of the before and after to show what he did. He made sure that everything was covered so that nothing got dirty. I think my house was cleaner after he keft than when he started. ð I would recommend him 100%.

Ernest Hill is truly absolutely the best hands down! He's courteous, clear, takes lots of pics before and after, he cleans everything up, he explains everything, we truly are so happy and satisfied with the work he did. He cleaned our gas fireplace and chimney, checked the gas line and all connections, showed us how to work the fireplace (we moved into a new house last year and never had a fireplace before). He also came back a week later to gix our chimney cap and reseal the flashing around the base of the chimney on the roof. Also Ernest communicates via phone and text, he gets back to you and confirms his appts. He's just overall the best hands down! Highly recommended.
