Description of Work: We anticipated a move to Arizona. They came and packed up our household goods and they were stored in their warehouse until we could tell them exactly where to ship. Move was cancelled. Goods were in the warehouse 6 months until we could find another house and have them delivered. No real problems with them. Some phone calls went unanswered and I had to call 3-4 times to get answers. That was the only real problem. Oh yeah, one chair smelled like a cat died in it and they paid to have the couch and chair upholstery cleaned and we have no other problems.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. The workers were open for duscussion and they were very flexible to suit our needs. When we made the move they gave us 6 months to claim anything that we might have found broken. We ended up finding some problems that we had not noticed right away. When we went to make the claim for some broken items, it was about a month past the 6 month time frame they gave us. They were still willing to pay for any of the damages which I thought was nice.
