If I had paid for it, it would have been $700. My experience with Lowe's was very sad. Considering that they advertise 24 hour service on water heaters and it took four weeks, I gave them an F for punctuality.
Description of Work: It was a replacement under warranty. I didn't pay for the water heater itself.

Overall, a very good experience. Since purchasing our home in 2012, I have hated our builder's-grade steel front door (no glass) and two sidelights. This summer, Lowe's offered a great 0% finance deal for 18 months and we made the decision to take advantage and order the new fiberglass door and sidelights. The ordering was very easy and Mike and Lowe's took care of everything. We ordered a nice 3/4 light door with sidelights (also 3/4) on either side of the door. We also ordered our lockset at the same time. Because of the brick on the front, Mike knew to order our door without the brickface molding and instead ordered us a vinyl trim molding that wouldn't require painting. The door was ordered and arrived in September. We set up delivery/installation that same month. The work was subcontracted to Clyde who had also installed a storm door for us in the past. He worked very quickly and smoothly with the help of his wife and within a few hours we had our beautiful new door installed. And, Clyde neatly installed the old storm door too. There was a slight glitch with the door lock mechanism, but that was straightened out from Lowe's who sent out another subcontractor to change that in November. This was the third time we purchased something at Lowe's in State College over the past ten years and always had a great experience with the product and the subcontractors that they have sent to install the items.
Description of Work: Ordered and installed a new fiberglass front door with two sidelights.

The work went smoothly and my overall experience with them was good.
Description of Work: They came over and did an estimate, some measuring, and listed down what I needed. I then bought it at Lowes and they tore up the old floor which was half carpet and half linoleum and installed the new one. They cleaned up afterwards, but it took them two days to finish the project.
