Description of Work: I was contacted immediately to schedule. I responded that I was not in a hurry but wanted the cleaning to be done before either Thanksgiving or Christmas. I was asked if I might be interested in additional cleaning services. I responded that I would because I have a big house. They responded that the Big Deal was limited to a house size smaller than mine. I wrote back that I only wanted them (for the Big Deal) to clean my kitchen, bathrooms, and first floor. I never heard another word from them.

Description of Work: Fantastic job! Three people came and since was first cleaning was deep cleaning for $100.00 if agree on further service. Were at my home for close to 4 hours. My house was sparkling clean upon completion. Very very satisfied and would highly recommend them again!

Description of Work: This service is excellent. I have been using them for several months. First, i had them do a whole house "deep cleaning" and now they come weekly for regular housecleaning. This is a farm with mud, pets and my sewing studios. They keep it spotless. I think they are great!

Description of Work: Owner and 2 employee's came out for a 'deep clean' and my version of deep was not the same as the owner, but they continued to provide a service which was standard. We did talk about our versions and differences. Very nice individuals and polite. I said I would check around after they left and get back to the owner to see if I wished to continue on a bi weekly schedule, I have not done so as yet. A few places were not done and I think it is because dusters were used instead of normal rags (which I have plenty to supply). Dusters just do not pick up as they should and that is how places it goes over are not complete. I think they are used to speed up the cleaning. I know what this sounds like but truly 'haste does make waste.' I have allergies and would have to discuss this with the owner to see if every other cleaning could be done using sweeper attachments on the wood furniture and the woodwork. I am still in the questionable situation of continuing and my comments can be shared with the owner, Marta Torres. Maybe we could work something out suitable for us both. I really need the help. Thanks so much.

What a great service. We have had cleaners in the past, and have seen the quality of the work deteriorate over time. But not with QC. The quality of cleaning is A+ each and every time. You can see that items are clearly moved so they can be cleaned behind and under. It seems as though each and every surface is touched, and we're so very pleased with what we are seeing. Our house smells fresh for days after every cleaning, and people have commented on how spotless everything in our home seems. Worth every penny!

After moving into a new, larger house with an infant and 2 large dogs, we needed someone to help with the cleaning. We interviewed many cleaning companies, even hired one, but were not satisfied with the level of detail or the type of company. We really wanted to find a smaller company that would be reliable, professional and accountable and be kind to our dogs. I was coming to the conclusion that we would not be able to find these attributes in one single company. Luckily, we finally found Marta and her company, QC Cleaning. Marta's team works hard to make our house clean and tidy and our dogs are happy when we come home. While cleaning, the team constructs the ends of the toilet paper into beautiful flowers and tissue boxes are fanned out into flowers! I feel like we are in fancy hotel when we come home! This is the level of detail that the team takes to take care of our home. Unlike some larger cleaning services, we trust the team in our home because Marta takes so much pride in her company. Our house is thoroughly cleaned and you can tell that the team scrubs, not just wipes and dusts. Marta is always available for questions or comments. I would highly recommend Marta and her crew to clean.
