QC Cleaning

It couldn't have gone better! As a busy bachelor I don't have the time to give my house a good cleaning and have been looking for a house cleaner that is not only good, but priced reasonably. Marta's crew of three woman did a great job on all my bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms as well as the living room and dining room. It took them about two hours and it looked great. I'm sure I'll hire them again.

The cleaners said that to clean my house would require a team of people and I would have to pay a higher rate. It felt like it was a bait and switch situation. They said they would give me a refund which I have not received. I then hired a single cleaning lady who did an excellent job in four hours.

I bought the Angie's List "Big Deal" discounted deep cleaning service for my home. I needed the work done on a specific day, and accidentally scheduled it for the wrong day. I didn't realize my mistake until the owner called to confirm before performing the work. Upon hearing my delimma, the owner so graciously rearranged her entire week to accommodate my needs! Not only was the crew extremely professional and curteous, they did an excellent job! This is the best cleaning service I have ever used, and the best company I've had the pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs house cleaning services!

I purchased the cleaning package and the owner of the company called they very next morning to say they do not work in our area, very prompt!

The Big Deal Ad says "the deal is good only in Chester and Montgomery Counties". We live in Montgomery County and expected that QC Cleaning would honor the deal. We sent them an email after purchasing the "big deal" to schedule a date for cleaning. Later that night, we got an email saying...."We don't cover your area".

QC Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our home. I really appreciate Marta's phone calls and follow up. I am very happy with the service received today. I highly recommend her company to other people. Thank you Marta for your hard work today. Our home looks GREAT!

They were very pleasant and professional. They cleaned my bathrooms, kitchen and dusted and vacuumed the rest of the house. When they left my bathrooms had the towels folded like I was in a hotel. I would recommend them. I would use them again if their regular prices were a little lower.

We set up a time to clean, very accommodating. The house was cleaned very well, smelled wonderful, and nice touches added. They cleaned AND organized the pile of clutter/toys my kids left on shelves and desks. I was amazed how much got done in a few hours! I plan to hire them biweekly. The adjusted price compares to others I have had.

I bought a big deal from Angie's list. Martha and her 2 member were very professional and very nice to work with. They were like busy bees! Thank you. Definitely, I'll work with her again.

They were very responsive and accommodating when I was scheduling the appointment. They were prompt and diid a very thorough job cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the work done.

It went everywell. I was impressed with the cleaning done in the kitchen. They moved the microwave and cleaned behind it and underneath and the inside of it. Also cleaned under the stove top where the drip pans are. They wiped down the cabinet doors. I never had any cleaning people do these times and I have had 3 different cleaning companies clean my house. The crew was very polite and really moved pieces of furniture to clean. I have two cats and they cleaned their food bowls and where they eat. There was a mixup with my appointment, but Marta got a hold of me and explained what happened. I was glad she got a hold of me and explained why they weren't there on time. Even when the crew got there they apoligized for the mix up which appreicated. I would have been upset if they had never contacted me.

It went very well. Marta worked with us on the scheduling, the people showed up when they said they would and wasted no time in getting the job done.

Three people came with their own vacuum and cleaning products. They worked non-stop and were most efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend them to others.

Marta from QC Cleaning was schedule to come do a preliminary look at my home before scheduling to come clean. She realized that I lived out of her service area, but still drove to my house the day of our appointment to let me know. She was very nice and considerate. I'm disappointed it didn't work out.

QC Cleaners contacted us within 3 days as promised to set up a time to see our house before cleaning. We set a time to meet, and they DID NOT SHOW UP. We went online and saw that 20 minutes before they were supposed to be here, they had sent an email to say they couldn't get here on time and did not have our telephone number to call us. We, of course, had arranged OUR schedule to be available at that. We decided to try them again thinking this was an anomaly (as reviews had been good) and set another time to meet about 5 days later. They AGAIN did not show up. This time they had our telephone number. We have received no emails or calls from QC since then. At this point we will be cancelling our order. I am disappointed as so many of the other reviews were positive. When I had spoken to QC last week, the person there said that we were far away from their location. If this is the case, then they should not extend service to our area--this should be very clear in the advertisement.

I purchased the Angie's List Deep Cleaning special on 8/14/13. On the morning of 8/15/13, I received an email from the owner, Marta, who indicated she would like to see our home and discuss our needs prior to them cleaning, as well as what days were good for me. Marta came the afternoon of 8/15/13 to evaluate our home and indicated she would check the schedule and email me when the crew would be coming. On 8/17/13 I received an email from Marta asking if 8:30am on 8/19/13 (Monday) would be acceptable. On Monday, the 3-person crew, led by Marta herself, arrived 15 minutes early and started immediately. This group obviously has worked together consistently because they were effecient and performed like a well oiled machine. Each member had their own responsibility and completed the job not only to a high standard, but quickly as well. They cleaned the walls, doors, windows, and vacuumed the carpet in three bedrooms and our living room, cleaned all countertops, cabinet doors/drawers, windows and floors in the DR/K, and practically every surface in our two bathrooms. All this took the crew just over 1.5 hours and we could not be happier. Would definitely use Marta and her team again. In fact I have asked her for a quote for regular cleaning. One last comment. I am no stranger to home cleaning having previously been a LOYAL clien of Merry Maids. However, there is truly no comparison on not only the quality of the work completed, but also the customer service and respect provided by QC Cleaning. If anyone is considering a new cleaning service, give QC Cleaning a try and your search will be over. Thank you Marta!

They showed up on time and were very professional. I called them yesterday because I needed someone out here within a day and they were able to make it out. They were very friendly and did an amazing job cleaning my house. They went above and beyond the normal expectations. They had a very fair price and were less expensive then other cleaners I have had out and they did a much better job.

They did a beautiful job. The stainless steal appliances are sparkling, the floors look clean enough to eat off of. Everything looks just great, I don't think we could have done a better jobs ourselves. The team was very polite and helpful. We have hire QC Cleaning to come in twice a month, we are very please with their service.

Only 2 hrs were spent cleaning and things were not cleaned, like the blinds - which I was really looking forward to having cleaned. I'm not extremely picky and understand that they were unfamiliar with all my homes cracks and crevices. But I think 2 hrs is for maintenance, not homes that have never been professionally cleaned before. Three girls were very nice but seemed rushed.
