QC Cleaning

I did not use this service.

I got ripped off plain and simple. I paid for service and got neither service or a refund

They arrived on time with several people and worked on both floors of our home at the same time. Cleaning was done well. I have hired them to come again.

He called me to make an appointment the day after I brought the deal to set up an appointment.We agreed on a day and he promptly called me at the indicated time. I'm not good with computers and told him that.my computer just wasn't working. It turned out I had over 1400 infections. And he took 8 hours to fix it .now it works like brand new. He was very helpful with questions I had and was very patient also.I was very satisfied with this company and recommend them to anybody that needs help with their computers. Mine was really bad. Now it's fast and like it was when I first bought it.

They were good, came in, did the job and did it properly.

On the 24th Marta sent five girls over to my house, she did not come. They did not speak English, they knew words like Clorox or towel, very stilted and made communication very difficult. They immediately asked me for cleaners and where were the towels, pointing to my paper towel dispenser. I explained to them that I had told Marta that I didn't have the materials that they would need and that they were supposed to bring them. I don't think they understood what I had said, they took what they could from my supplies. They did not do a deep cleaning, they vacuumed and dusted, swept the baseboard with a broom. The kitchen floor wasn't clean, nor was the foyer floor. The girls upstairs did a nice job on the bathrooms and they really put effort into their work, I have very little to complain about for the upstairs work. The girl who was working downstairs however was almost useless. She was using the same rags to do the baseboard and a quick wipe down on the doors. The ceiling fan was dirty and needed a cleanser on it and she only dusted the blades. No one moved the couch or loveseat to vacuum behind them. I had asked that the basement floor be swept with a broom because the carpet had been removed and it left the grit from the pad on the floor, so I wanted it swept up. I had to remind them that I had asked for this and a girl took a vacuum cleaner down with her and used that to sweep the floor, needless to say there is still grit on the floor. They were there for 2 hours and by the time they left, daylight was poor and it was an overcast day as it was. One girl asked "Is good"? and my response at that time was I would have to see in the day tomorrow. Well tomorrow came and I had to clean the area's of my house they didn't. So to recap, I was happy with the bathrooms, and the upstairs, those girls worked and did the ceiling fan in my bedroom also. The downstairs I was very disappointed with the work. I appreciate that Marta fit me in, but don't charge me for a deep cleaning when what I got was a rushed regular cleaning using my own products. I gave them a C rating because Marta was responsive and the girls upstairs worked hard. Nancy the girl working downstairs however brought their rating way down.

QC promptly responded and was available in the short time frame needed. I was seeking a deep clean and sanitizing of an empty house into which we were moving. I was told they did not do inside kitchen cabinets for the price...but since house was empty she agreed to do. The cleaning overall was acceptable, not great. I found crumbs in kitchen cabinets that should have been cleaned. on the other hand, bathrooms were nicely done.

The team arrived on time and completed the cleaning within the expected time frame. After the cleaning, it was clear that items has been moved to clean behind them (a little annoying to put them back in their correct place, but I appreciated the fact that the cleaning was thorough more) and everything sparkled. The team was pleasant and efficient and we were extremely happy with the work performed. We plan to start using QC Cleaning as our new cleaning company.

Marta and her helper did an excellent job in my house. Even my sons commented on what a good job she did. My house is very cluttered and it is not easy to work around all that clutter. I could tell that everything had been moved to clean. I was thrilled with the results and would recommend this company to anyone.

No job was too big for them. I will have them come back and continue each month to bring everything in the house up to the standard that they began.

I paid for and had the deep cleaning they offered done at the end of October. They did a good job, and I rated them well then. They came back a second time 2 weeks later, and they did an OK job, and I paid the same for the deep cleaning. I was to be on an every other week schedule, and Marta agreed to between 10 and 11 on 11/27th. At 11:30 on the 27th, I called Marta. She answered and when I inquired to if they were coming today, her comment was "Oh, I guess I should have called and told you no we were not coming because we are busy". She offered to make time Friday, which I agreed to. I thought about it, and called her back and told her I was going to find a new service who was more professional. I am a busy professional with 3 teenagers, and need someone who is reliable, and will be there when they say they will! I am very understanding and if she had called to reschedule before being one hour and a half late I would have been ok-but to say "I guess I should have called you"! Do not use this service.

Excellent job. Good team work. 3 individuals cleaned all areas of home including base boards, bathrooms, kitchen etc. The house looked beautiful. All workers were friendly and very professional. They were about an hour late but did call ahead to let us know. They were worth the wait. I would definitely used them again and recommend their services.

This was for my son's house, and the cleaning was a gift from me. They did an excellent job according to him and cleaned everything.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work that they did. Wish I could have them every week!!

I messaged Marta a few times on Angie's List after I bought the deal. She was very responsive and we scheduled time for a Friday morning. This was the first time I had anyone clean our house, so I wanted to be there (even if just this one time). Marta said she would come with three people and the job would take around 1.5 hours, which was fine with me. She came with 2 people (including herself) and the job lasted approximately 2.25 hours (basically the same amount of work for 3 people and 1.5 hours). The extra time was not an issue. Marta and her other person (didn't catch her name) worked very hard and the results are obvious. I think this is the cleanest my house has ever been. The bathrooms are immaculate, the kitchen shines and the hardwood floors are slippery clean. As Marta was done each floor, she invited me to 'review/check.' Obviously, I didn't find anything wrong - it was more amazement than anything. The only thing wrong with the whole experience was that I was too stupid to offer her a glass of water until she asked 90 minutes into the job. I don't know what I was thinking. I should have told her to take anything from the fridge upon arrival. Next time! I would recommend Marta A++. Friendly, polite, responsive, great job, & great price. I will definitely consider using QC in the future and .... You should too!

They did a good job on the bathrooms and kitchen. They are located too far away to have back on a regular basis. But they did convince me that I needed to invest in the service.

I called Marta during Labor Day weekend, and she called me right back. She set up to come to the house w/in a week's time to do a deep cleaning. She arrived with the cleaning crew on time, and was a total pleasure. She is upbeat, energetic, and professional. They always do an excellent job cleaning, and are dependable.They are also very flexible and accommodating of the houses they work with schedules, and when they are finished the whole house shines and smells wonderful. I have been using house cleaning crews since my daughter was born 9 years ago, and no one comes close to being as stellar as Marta and her crew of girls.

It went very well-the household has 3 teenagers, 2 labs and 2 cats-the house looked wonderful when she and her crew left.

Marta and team arrived on time and did an outstanding job - bathrooms, kitchen, all rooms, vacuuming, dusting, everything. It looks perfect. The time and attention to the details (fans, etc) was great....I don't think they missed anything. I will certainly use them again and have already recommended them to my kids. It couldn't have been any better.

I couldn't be more pleased with the job the three cleaners did. My bathrooms and floors including the kitchen are shining. I never had my home professionally cleaned so this certainly was a pleasant surprise on the job they did. When I saw the ad on Angie's List I decided to give it a try and I sure am glad I did. And the team of three that came were very professional, pleasant and hardworking. When my husband came home from work that night he couldn't say enough complimentary comments about the job they did. We plan to use their services again and really would like the same team that came out.

It didn't. Scheduled appointment for 10/25/13 at 12:00 PM, no show, no call, no reliability.

Wow, our house never looked or felt so clean. They did a great job. They were on time, very professional and did way more than I expected. I would definitely use them again.
