Company installed granite countertops in our home in 2007. Recently, we had an addition put on the back of the house, an extension off the kitchen. In the course of the construction, we planned for an additional counter top between the two rooms. I contacted them again as I felt they would have the best chance to match what they had previously installed. TWO appointments were made to come to the house and I had taken both days off to await the salesperson. After the first missed appointment, I contacted the person who told me the went to another appointment and could not get there. So I made a second appointment for three days later. That appointment was also missed. I received no phone call about a delay, I received no follow up call to apologize or explain. I made a third call to a voicemail machine expressing my outrage and THAT call has never been returned. I will not be contacting them for future work.
Description of Work: Company originally installed new countertops in our kitchen. Needed them to come back to install a new section on an addition we just completed.
