The experience was frustrating. The wood they put in was a very hard wood, and the staple gun they used kept chipping the wood and making big holes in the wood and they just tried to fill the holes with wood putty. We also had carpet installed and he wasn't going to finish the part of the wooden floors that connected to the carpet. I called Mr. Knepper about it and he asked if the carpet guy could finish the job. He also installed a portable electrical heater in the bathroom but he couldn't get it to work. I happened to have a plumber in the house at the time and Mr. Knepper actually asked the plumber to help him with the unit. I had to pay the plumber for his time while he was helping Mr. Knepper with his job. Mr. Knepper tried to charge me $15 for a part he needed to buy and I told him he could pay me back for the extra money I had had to pay the plumber and he just said we would call it even then.
