I thought his service charge was a little high. However, he replaced ten channel rollers and lubricated tracks, etc. at no charge. Well done and fast repair.

Rob was personable and friendly. He tightened the pulley which had come loose, and also lubricated the tracks for no extra charge. The service charge was $10.00 higher than his competitor, but Rob's demeanor and professionalism was worth the few extra dollars. He also drove out in the snow, rather than cancelling.

Using the same exact everything, Global gave us the best price by a large margin over the other company. Rob Bennett, the owner, does all the work himself. He was clean and efficient. Although it took a long time, it was done right.
