Hired this company on the recommendation of Home Advisor and its several reviews. I was out of state when they did the work so I never saw the finished product. jim kept in constant contact and supplied pictures of the job. it appears they were very professional and no BS. I was very satisfied and would recommend.

I had wind damage and everyone was busy but because mine was an emergency, they fit me in. I had an estimate the next day after contacting them. They started the work two days later and had job done in one day. A complete roof removal and new roof installed. Will use again if a roofer is needed.

Repaired: parts of the roof that were failing, especially the leak in the roof chimney flashing. Repaired: ceilings & walls where plaster was loose or had fallen. It all looks new.

Late in the season while the weather was good; job was done in 2 hours. After it dried there were a few spots that weren't covered completely and messy swirls where it wasn't sealed in an even steady way, it was an uneven pattern. I contacted the pro at Wizard and he promised to take care of the situation that "he would take a look at it", but he never showed. Its now late December and nothing has been done; no other attempt has been made to complete my job.

*UPDATE to review posted on 12-20-18* We were finally contacted by Jim, the actual owner of Wizard Roofing. After having an opportunity to express to him our frustrations about this repair, Jim made a surprisingly honorable offer to remedy to resolve our situation, to which we agreed. We are now thankful to Jim for finally repairing our roof, seemingly to our satisfaction. Our 2-year guarantee for materials and workmanship is still in effect. At some point, we are sure that we will have some rainstorms to actually test the repair. But for now, it looks good and we feel that it should be fine! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could!!! We were overcharged (we were desperate and I think Mike, the owner knew it) and the work was not done correctly!! The roof is still leaking and we can't get the inside fixed until that's fixed! They said they will come today and didn't! They will not return or answer our calls!! My only saving grace is that I am from a family of cops and lawyers and if this is not corrected in a timely fashion, I will use my resources.

They were quick to respond with a quote, scheduled the work for the next dry day, showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the job clean.

Owner was responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend.

owner contacted me almost immediately after my home advisor posting. came that afternoon to assess job and quote cost. Was for my elderly parents leaky roof. We all appreciated quick response and fair price.
