Simon showed me what to do when I terminate one of my land lines and replace it with a device that enables me to use an added mobile line (cost approx $13.50 per month). Via a bluetooth connection the mobile phone (my old Galaxy S3) will enable all of my land line handsets to ring when I receive calls for the phone number I am going to port to the mobile vendor. The Land line monthly cost is currently about $35.00. It will go to Zero once the number is ported. Simon made what I thought would be a complicated service call into a simple test and explanation regarding what I need to do once my land line phone # has been ported to a mobile phone.

Simon and Keaton were great; They were timely and efficient and explained the pros and cons every step of the way. The end result of our outside lighting project was wonderful. Our neighbors immediately called us to compliment the job and asked who did it. We were delighted to refer them to Prodigy and will use them again for any future electrical needs.

I hired Prodigy to install outlets in my kitchen island, add switches to a couple rooms that required additional wiring and install an outdoor flood light. I liked their professionalism and their energy/personalities. I also really liked that Keaton wasn't just the person who came out for the estimate but also the one who did the work. Work was done at a better price than other estimates received and the work was quality.

I got a prompt return phone call and set up a time/date for an estimate. I had several small jobs (install fixtures, outlets, and a repair) as well as the installation of landscape lighting. The work was scheduled for later that week and the electrician came on time. The landscape lighting was a fairly large job and was completed in two days. The other small jobs were done as well. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work. Everything was done perfectly, in an amazingly short time from first inquiry to completion. I own a number of rental properties and will call Prodigy for work on my apartment buildings.

Pro answered call on a Saturday with third ring, had a tech at the door within the hour and fixed an electrical problem in 15 minutes. I managed this project for my sister-in-law many states removed. The tech, Keith, even called me back after repaired was done! Very professional and courteous. AND Saturday rate was only slightly higher. Great experience.
