Description of Work: Great service, they come once a week, same day every week and clean up the yard. I have two smaller dogs and this service is worth it! Nice people too!

Description of Work: I have used this company for a few months now to clean up weekly for 4 large dogs. Lyle is always helpful when I misplace my invoice by providing the invoice # so we can send the check with the correct info. Initially cards were left telling us that the service was done but we haven't received them in a few months. I wish that the cards were more consistent (or a Post-It!) because I want to make sure it's actually happening when I'm at work without me having to walk barefoot and hope for the best. That is really my only complaint.

Description of Work: We called a month ago to begin service and we were told it would be 3-4 weeks before anyone could come out. We agreed we would wait that long and were put on the service list. It has now been over 4 weeks and my husband called to find out the status. He was informed that no one was coming out and they were not taking on any new customers. Why didn't anyone let us know this sooner so we could get on another list? The weather is getting nice and we both work full time. We were hoping to have this done so our little girl could start playing in the yard. I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. We definitely will not be recommending this service.

Description of Work: I have been a customer of poo poo pros for 4yrs. Their service of cleaning up after my 3 large dogs in my back yard is excellent. Rain, shine, or snow and they always do the job! It is affordable and healthy for my dogs- especially since at times I was physically unable to clean the yard. I would highly recommend their services to any pet owner.

This is a family business with fantastic customer service. They come like clockwork, and never leave the gate open. The price is very reasonable. Thanks to Poo Poo Pros I can enjoy life with my five dogs without having to do the dirty work.

Description of Work: After setting up the appointment with Lyle (very helpful), Seth arrived to do an initial cleanup on my yard. Let's put this in perspective. Having broken my arm a few months ago and having two dogs (one of which is a Great Dane) it was pretty darn bad. He was so friendly and was absolutely meticulous about picking up everything. I was so happy with his service that I signed up to have it done two times a week. The $150 price above was the initial cleanup (worth a million) and twice a week for the rest of the month. He arrived the following Thursday, cleaned the yard (I didn't even see him out there) and left a card in the door to let me know that he had been there. When I pay for a service I expect that the work be done as planned unless there are extenuating circumstances. Poo-Poo Pros are the best. Thanks, Seth!
