Rich and Doug are very professional. They paid attention to detail and actually listened to my requests and concerns. They called if there were going to be any delays. Always easy to get Rich. If a message was left, he promptly returned my call.

Prompt, professional, provided subcontractor for electrical. Explained everything. Estimate fair and complete. Easy to reach for questions. All work completed as requested and called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Flexible when we had to remove some of the work we requested to be done at a later date. Will definitely have them complete our door replacement and hopefully put a small porch roof on. We are new to the area and saw their trucks in our neighborhood and checked them out on Angie's list. We had 2 other estimates that were all comparable. Brought us photos of before and after work. Rich and all staff very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We had a 4 feet by 70 feet second story deck that another construction company put on our house 10 years ago. It was tilting and pulling away from the house. We used a structural engineer to tell us what needed to be done. After getting several other bids we chose Diamond Construction because they seemed to be interested in building a deck that would never give us any problems. From the beginning Rich spent a lot of time with us and discussed all our options and suggested materials. He brought the designs for our approval before beginning. Diamond Construction, following the engineer's recommendations, removed the old deck and replaced it with a 6 feet by 70 feet deck with stairs at one end. Throughout the project Rich and Doug, the owners of the company, made beneficial suggestions and always kept us updated on what was happening; if there were weather or material delays that they had no control over. Their work was meticulous. Several times they returned and reordered materials because the materials were scratched and did not meet their standards. The project was expensive due to the material used but we felt it was worth it to have the best material. I would recommend Diamond Construction for any project you have, large or small. I have also talked with friends who have used Diamond and were pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

I called left a message on the company voice mail and Richard called me back the same day. We discussed my project but unfortunately the timeline I wanted the project done and their availability did not match. However, Richard spent over 15 minutes with me discussing my project and giving me some pointers about some things I had not considered. It was really valuable information. Although I could not use him on this project, I will definitely call him again when I have another project to complete.

Excellent. Very professional every step of the way. Rich and Doug very knowledgeable and insightful. All contractors masters in their craft. We are very pleased.

Despite a series of unavoidable delays Diamond performed each construction component capably and professionally. Coordination of several sub-contractors was well managed, Rich maintained ongoing communication with me throughout the project.

We called them for an estimate, 2 years before and they told us we didn't need a roof yet. Amazing , they were efficient cleaned up everyday and did an excellent job.

The project was loosely scheduled for days when weather would forbid Doug and Rich from working on more weather sensitive projects. Still, they promptly moved along and scheduled portions of progress to fit our needs and allowed us to care for questions along the way. The framing was done replacing the 4 post supports for the full roof/ceiling with much stronger wall structure. That was my first interest, as the weight of the roof/ceiling was showing strain on the old 4x4 posts. That done, window framing revealed what was to come, as window size/positions took shape. We wanted full view of our back yard and all the plants and critters that inhabit it. Natural light fills the space and our dog enjoyed this phase as he could walk through the not-yet-walls and get petties from the guys. Once the wall boards were up, no more dog transit, but he still got up early to greet all the guys and enjoy their company as much as we did. At last, they finished the trim down to 7.5 in. where base board heating will go and we parted, 'till they come back for photos to put in their "we built this" book. I've finished painting the color my wife chose, am waiting for the plumber/heater folks to come install and move our laundry machines from downstairs to this room's connections. Then we'll be finish out our creaky years on one floor, mostly, and have the semi-finished basement for guests. Overall, we're over delighted with Doug and Rich, their work and Chris and Scott and Bob, the electrician. They were only slightly more expensive than other bids, but when you want the best it's gonna' cost a bit more. We definitely got the very best. We'd be delighted to show off their work. If they send you, we'll put the coffee on and tell you more of how happy we are. We prayed for the Lord to lead us through this project and His answer was Diamond Construction and Remodeling. We met with Rich multiple times when planning our deck for our home. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with. He was in touch with us several times during the planning process, and always kept us updated with what was going on. He even went out of his way to find us a better product for a cheaper price when it wasn't readily available. Doug and Chris were the primary laborers on the project. The were friendly, professional, and very hard working. We are very pleased with the finished project. It is exactly what we wanted, at the price that we were hoping for. We would highly recommend Diamond Construction to anyone looking for construction services.

Before Rich came out, I had a phone conversation with him regarding the Simonton product and what may be a fit for what we were looking for. Rich was very knowledgeable about the product. When Rich came out -- he was prompt, professional and prepared with the information necessary to evaluate our proposal. Rich took our information and put together a timely proposal. The only issue that we had with the proposal was with the a look and feel of part of the Simonton product (the faux wood interior trim). While we had seen samples during his visit, we explained to Rich that we'd like to see the trim on an actual product. Because Simonton isn't carried as widely as some other doors/windows -- Rich had to make some calls to locate a supplier who could show us an actual door/window. It turns out that we didn't choose Simonton and Rich -- but only due to our personal aesthetic preference for one aspect of the product. I was disappointed that Diamond wasn't going to be installing my door, as I was confident that they would do an excellent job -- based on the service that they provided in producing the proposal (and subsequent supplier support). I informed Rich that I planned to keep Diamond in mind for future work that we will be seeking.

Diamond Construction personnel were punctual and professional.

. They did excellent work and even fixed a few things that were not in the proposal. Very prompt response and they got the jobs done in a very timely manner.

Diamond Construction made repairs to my roof that was installed by another local contractor less than a year ago. A certified roofing inspector found deficiencies in the roof and Diamond made the repairs. Diamond has also worked on other projects on my house. The lesson learned is price isn't the only consideration. Just because you see a contractor's signs around town doesn't mean he's going to do the job right. I found out the expensive way.

They have done other work for me in the past and from start to finish doing was a professional, on time and kept you up on progress of jobs.

Rich and Doug were always in touch regarding issues we knew were going to arise once the walls were removed. Very honest! Good quality work which made them worth the little extra money!

The fellows started at about 8:30AM, if it was not raining. All went well, except a delay by the inspector. The problem was resolved and worked completed .

Contractor was on time, replaced 2 columns and went back to shipper for a 3rd column that had been shipped in peer condition. They kept me posted on everything throughout the day. Had to move my light post in order to guarantee to it would work. Reasonable priced.

They did what they said they would do and cleaned up afterwards. One of the owners (doug) was one the job and even did some of the work.. I had a contractor before that never did any of the work and didn't see him on the job.. that is why we didn't use him again. but will use Diamond again and will refer him

Diamond Construction remodeling were tremendous, then knew what they were doing & did it professionally. We hardly knew they were working.

When we moved into out new house the basement door was cracked and letting cold air in and had a large single pane piece of glass in it. Rich from Diamond Construction was very punctual and polite, while he was taking measurements he was explaining that they do not make doors that size anymore and the easiest way would be to order a pre-hung remodler door. I agreed and Rich was back to install the door in about a week, again he was there on time and very polite. After he was finished he cleaned up and made sure I was happy with the installation before he left.

Did a great job with installation. Timely with the estimate and followed up the day after completion to ensure we were satisfied. Would definately use again.

Awesome. My wife and love Rich and Doug. Great quality work at a great price and my wife doesn't mind having them around while I'm at work.
