Description of Work: We had squirrels and mice. They put poison in walls and attic spaces for both. Squirrel problem not rectified. They were confident poison would work. Another company said it doesn't. They misrepresented their capabilities and then tried to sell us expensive monthly maintenance. They were never interested in whether our problem was solved. We never received any follow up. They also don't go up on ladders which renders pest control useless in my opinion.

Description of Work: The first visit went well with the technician putting down bait traps in the attic for the mice and spraying the outside of the house. On the second visit I was told the spray was frozen and he checked the attic. I felt he did not do much for the money. I was then called and told I was put on a regular route at a time inconvenient for me. They are supposed to come today. I have not decided one way or the other about them.

Description of Work: I hired this company to get rid of a termite problem I had in April. While taking care of the termites, I advised I had moles and Mike, the owner, assured me they had poisons that would get rid of them. Initial mole treatment was discounted at $180 (because I also hired them to take care of the termites). They also told me they would come out every two months for additional fee of around $80. After the first mole treatment, they told me it would take 2 weeks to kill the moles. After 2 weeks, the mole was still tearing up my yard. I called a few weeks later and the technician came out again. After a few weeks, the mole was still there. In June, the technician came out again for the next 2-mo. treatment and I was billed (and I paid). The moles continued to tear up my yard. I called again after a few weeks. The technician met me in my yard and I showed him all of the areas. The moles were actually more active now than ever. The technician was was nice and said he has never had a problem like mine (I'm sure this was said to many people with mole problems). He told me he started out (in April) with the poison worms, then moved to a stronger poison powder. He said this time he would use his most potent stuff. (Why didn't he use this early on??). Again, the moles continued. In August I received a bill for the next 2-mo. treatment. The moles continued to tear up my yard. I finally called and asked to talk to Mike, the owner. He did not return my call. I called a second time and was told a message was given to Mike. They told me they would give Mike another message, but if I didn't hear from him, I should call back. Really? Why do I have to continue to call and beg Mike to call me? When I called in April for service (a sale), Mike called me back very promptly. Now that I have a problem to discuss -- no call. Bottom line, I refuse to pay for the August treatment. My mole problem has gotten worse instead of better. It doesn't make sense that all of this treatment did nothing to get rid of moles. I can only hope their termite treatment will work and I won't have a problem next year. I have a guarantee that if it doesn't work they will come back. We'll have to wait and see.

Description of Work: They were excellent! We had a carpenter ant problem and they came out right away. The technician was very polite to my wife and explained everything they were going to do. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 working days. Tech came out and was quick and thorough, and carpenter bees that were problematic have not been seen since. Recommend highly.

Description of Work: The company representative examined both the inside and the outside of our home and then presented a detailed correction plan. We accepted the recommended plan and agreed to a selected date for the treatment. The treatment was completed in a timely manner. The technician was punctual and polite. He explained to process and the desired outcomes. We were quite pleased with the entire process.
