Description of Work: They scheduled a time they would arrive at my house. Then called at that time and said they couldn't be there because someone called off. A gentleman arrived later and put traps around the yard and up in the attic. I asked if the traps with poison could be dislodged because I have young children around in my yard. He said oh no and gave me reasons why this could never happen. Two days later two of the poison traps were found on my patio and beside my pool. They had been dislodged and pulled out by the rodents. Then after a month I got a notice in the mail saying my warranty for the service was ready to expire and I needed to pay more to insure the pest problem was gone.

Description of Work: They were terrific and very reasonably priced. I am planning on using them every summer to get rid of wasp and hornet nets in my back deck.

Description of Work: Exterminated a large bees nest in our foundation wall. Very professional and explained everything the gentleman was doing before he did the job. Would definitely use their company again!

Description of Work: The Budget Pest Control representative was professional and was thorough in explaining what he would do to treat our home for fleas. He answered our questions and proceeded to spray the entire home for fleas. Afterward, he set off a 'flea bomb' and we left the house for several hours. When we returned, there was no odor or noticeable residue. We have not experienced any fleas since the treatment!

Description of Work: Fine, they have done what we requested. Their regular service is every two months but we have them coming every month. Their treatments have made a difference. They call ahead as promised.

Description of Work: one hundred bucks (but highly discounted) to spray some peppermint water and toss out a box of poison. Then pointed at holes in the foundation that should be spray foamed. I'm thinking "huh" I thought that's what I'm paying you for... okay get out of here then. I could've done the same for five dollars.

Description of Work: I used Budget Pest Control to remove a nest of Yellow Jackets in my yard. I had sprayed a can of Raid on the nest a few days prior to Budget treating the nest. By the time Budget arrived, the nest was no longer being used, but they still treated and charged me anyway. The technician was very knowledgable about the issue and assured me that the yellow jackets had probably moved on and weren't likely to come back to that exact nest.

Answered all of my questions prior to and did a quick inspection of the attic while they were there to make sure there were no animals.
