Description of Work: They came to spray inside and outside for Carpenter ants,which I was finding in my wooden addition (dining room, staircase, loft). After the treatment, I found a giant anthill outside, and also the ants all congregated in my kitchen pantry area and drawers. I called to reschedule. I had out of town company. The company was very kind and accommodating on the phone, after I explained that I had company and I could not empty my floor to ceiling pantry with them staying at my house. They scheduled for the last appointment on Memorial Day Monday. They did not show up. I called back and they told me my appointment had been removed. However, they did reschedule back at my convenience on the following day. The job was completed. Both workmen were very professional. We will see if the problem is solved.

Description of Work: The provider arrived at the time agreed upon. He explained what he was going to do. I also had him do an quick inspection of past termite damage. Luckily, prior pest control worked and he saw no signs of current activity. He gave me an estimate on future re-treatment. My only concern was it was raining on the day he came and treated around my house. Three weeks later, I had ants so the treatment didn't seem to be effective. Except for this, other services were good, but doubt I would I would use them again.

Initially (May 2015) had exterior service ($89 Angie's List) and interior ($85). I expect to use their services in July for the interior.

Description of Work: Bought the big deal - exterior bug treatment. The tech showed up exactly on time, was polite & professional. He did the job as advertised as well as spent some time answering all of my questions. Went this way after a large national company failed to return my phone calls. I've found my new bug control provider.

Description of Work: They came and sprayed around the property to stop ants from getting in the house. The ants did stop coming in. Then in a month we saw some more, we called them and they came out for NO CHARGE for follow up sprays. They told us when they did the first spray that we could call them again for 90 days to come back out at no charge to do any follow up sprays. We just had them spray outside, we have cats and did not want the inside treatment. They were very affordable, they have a plan to do spraying all year round which was very affordable but we did not take them up on it and they were VERY LOW pressure. They were not pushy in the least. I think they'd rather make very happy customers who come back year after year than to try to push someone into something. Well it works. I'm very happy with them and there is a reason they have such a high angie list rating, its because they are that good. I also asked them to spray extra good by the front kitchen windows and they said they'd hit it twice. They took care of our ant issue. :) Steve

Budget Pest promptly responded, found and treated the source of the problem, sprayed inside and outside of my house, as well as entertained the kids with "bee facts" as they looked on! We were all quite impressed:-) The gentleman was very professional, thorough and polite. I found Budget Pest Control through Angie's List and called them for a previous problem. Again, the same immediate, professional and polite service, as well as very reasonably priced. I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan as well! I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Description of Work: He arrived on time and started the inspection. The property is a two story house with two units. The upper level unit was locked and could not open. I was told the termites are subterranean here and it is ok to skip the upper level. Hopefully he is right.

I will highly recommend these guys and will never use someone else. Super customer service. Very fair pricing also considering I had them do 3 units. I would consider it a good volume discount.

Description of Work: Budget has been coming once every three months to spray for carpenter ants and other insects. They have a more expensive treatment for stink bugs, but we have not had trouble with stink bugs since we started the ant treatments 1.5 years ago. They spray the baseboards and outside. they also hit some spots in the attic to prevent wasps. They were the lowest price when we needed them for carpenter ants. I have continued the service (even in the winter) because they have a low cost deal for treatment every three months. We have no children in the house. I have not investigated any problems for children with respect to the chemicals that they use.
