Description of Work: They put down rat poison bags indoors and outdoors. It went well because I never had to see the dead rat because the rat ate the poison inside the house then went outside to die (which also kills the whole family). Budget came back in one week and put down more poison. (No, I did not have to pay anymore money!) I checked the room a couple days later. The poison was not eaten. I plugged up the hole that the rat was using to come in my house. It is now several months later and the poison is still where Budget left it. Problem solved. yah! clap!

Description of Work: They graciously returned, despite claim that not required to do so, and re-did the entire job. Problem was that the stuff they used just did not keep bugs or other pests away. It just did not work.

Description of Work: I rated this service a "C" because I didn't get what I thought I was purchasing. I wanted my wooden decks sprayed against ants/termites; instead, Budget sprayed around the house's foundation for spiders and other non-specific insects. That would be fine, except I've never had a particular problem with those varieties. Also, it was scheduled to rain that same day--and it did. A hard rain. I'm not sure the spray survived. But the company did contact me in a timely manner, and the young man who showed up (on time) was friendly, etc. I just felt that since I made my wishes known, the young man had an obligation to say, "That's not what I'm going to be doing."

They guys spray for bugs every other month and are great with that, however my bigger problem is mice in the attic and they just seem to toss packets of poison up there without any real results. Overall I am happy with the level of professionalism just could be happier with the end results.

Description of Work: After getting estimates from 3 different companies for termite treatment, Budget Pest was by far the best value (BY FAR). The owner of the company did our initial inspection and estimate. We were able to have the house treated within a few days, and the technician even came on a holiday. Both were very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon on Angie's List to spray my home for bugs (preventative). When they contacted me to schedule an appointment, I was advised the coupon only included the outside of my home for crawling bugs. For an additional fee, they would spray the inside of my home for stink bugs and other flying insects. So I paid the additional money for the inside and outside. I am currently using their services on a month to month basis.

Description of Work: Budget Pest Control compared very favorably to the big box competition. They were very knowledgable and prompt, and answered all of the questions I had (and I always have a lot). I'll be using them year round for pest treatments every 2 months. The $369 was an Angie's List deal for 1 year of service with treatments every two months. Since they came out, we haven't seen any sign of the bugs they were treating for!
